Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Granbury

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, walk-in pantry, family sized dinner table, comfortable beds, large closets, outside seating area, private and gated lot, and great AC! We would book again!

This place was a gem of Granbury. It is less than a block from the town square. Yet the space is private, peaceful and set up for a fun gathering with horseshoes and a nice private deck with a view of the lake - but right in town! It is also located just across the street from one of the most charming hike and bike trails with gorgeous fountains, sculpture and green space you just don't find everywhere. We thought about a place on the lake but when we stumbled into a live music performance on the square one night we knew being in walking distance means a lot. The place is really well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The lake views were beautiful. The pool is sparkling and relaxing and was cleaned frequently during our stay. Plenty of outdoor seating and sleeping spaces for big families or big groups. Home was very clean and well maintained. The host responded quickly to an issue we had and was friendly and took immediate action.

This was the perfect home for our multi-family stay with young kids! The house was well stocked with a crib, toys, books and games, and the pool and fishing access were a huge hit. The house was clean and comfortable! Very quick drive from the house into the Granbury town square. We would stay again!

Staying here with close friends was a blast! The host did an excellent job communicating, and went out of their way to provide amenities and services to us. I can wholeheartedly say that this is an experience worth every penny!

We had a long extended stay at this home and it was a great spot! The house had everything we needed, it was comfortable, and the backyard was great for relaxing by the lake. Ginger has hosted my group several times and she always communicates quickly, is very helpful, and easy to work with!

The house was perfect for our stay. The property is very private but still super close to stores and downtown. We did a lot of fishing from the dock and the water was shallow enough for our kids to play on the water off the dock.

Ginger was very polite and quick to respond to our comments and questions. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance from the Square in historic Granbury. Everything in the home was clean and modern, and we felt very welcome. We really appreciated the extra USB chargers in the rooms, and the towels were very soft (nicer than other places we've stayed at)! Thanks for putting together a great home, Ginger!!

The location is prime if you're looking to be close to state parks and hike (like I did)! The home is situated on a beautiful property that's extremely quiet and peaceful. Elsie was a lovely and wonderful host, and I'd recommend her home to anyone looking for a spot to stay in the area. Everything was clean and well-organized; I couldn't have found a better place to stay than this one!

Great place to stay reminded of us of our hometown of Banquete TX loved the at home feel. Loved all the animals and especially the dog coming around while we were sitting outside smoking on the pit. Was especially nice to sit outside at the end of the day to see the horses. Really appreciate the great everything about our stay literally smoked and grilled on the pit every night. Also recommend to visit the sledge moonshine distillery.

This is a great location for decompressing. It is situated in beautiful rolling hills looking out upon a good size pond. The sunsets were amazing. The location was perfect for visiting family that lives nearby. It is a second floor location with only stairs. It didn't bother us any. The apartment is updated and clean. The owners live on site and are extremely nice. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends going to the area.

We were visiting family for 4 days. Didn’t take advantage of Marta’s restaurant suggestions as we ate with the family. Appreciate the cool temperatures inside the apartment with the hot Texas heat and I know it gets hotter! We much appreciate the cool of the apartment. Everything was nice and cozy. Thank you Marta!

The hosts take care of their place. Make it very comfortable and easy. The place is right downtown and easy to get to all the downtown activities. We walked all weekend long except when we went to Dinosaur Valley. The one thing is it’s located on a main row so if you are alight sleeper the travelers might disturb your sleeping a little bit. We stayed Friday through Sunday and my husband said that Friday was a bit busy on the road. Other than that it is a fantastic spot and highly recommend. We are already planning our next trip and bringing the kids.

Kowanna is a phenomenal host. She is thorough and a quick communicator. Any issues I faced were resolved in a timely manner. The airbnb is exactly how it appears in the photos. It was very homey and comfortable after a long night shift at the hospital. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could ever need. The closets are large and stocked with multiple blankets. The rooms are very thoughtfully decorated. This would be great for small groups visiting for the weekend or travel nurses traveling in packs!

Clean apartment located at the managers office of an RV park, nice open layout and quiet environment during the stay.

A great place to rest at night. Stayed for about a month. It's a two story, two bedroom townhouse/condo. There's an en suite bathroom with shower upstairs. Half bathroom downstairs. There is a good washer and dryer downstairs that I appreciated. There's a bright street light that streams in the window of one of the bedrooms, so a heads up on that. The neighborhood is quiet, working class. You have one reserved parking spot which is covered. I was in town for work in downtown Ft Worth, and this unit was a 15 min easy drive in. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

The location of the condo is perfect! You are only roughly 2 blocks from the square and the walk is very pleasant. The condo is very spacious and super clean. Everything met and surpassed our expectations! We go down to Granbury 2 or more times a year and we will look to book this condo first from here on! I highly recommend this location if you are going to vacation in downtown Granbury!

Excellent all around. We came for a wedding, but hope to come back soon due to local attractions & the great place to stay!
