Holiday rentals with a patio in Granada

Setting and getting up to the sound of the sea is a plus… The sunrise is beautiful. The building is very peaceful. The internet connection is fast enough for remote work. We enjoyed our 9-week stay at Charlott's apartment and would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is lovely and the location is great. Everything is near. It is only a short walk from the beach. The apartment has a balcony which is very nice as well since you can see the mountains and the sea. Barry is very friendly, reliable and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. My boyfriend and I stayed there for a big period of time and everything was great.

A great nice apartment. Everything is available for a perfect stay. The apartment is stylishly decorated and you can see that it is still new. The main garden with the view is enjoyable. Everything is provided. Sunbeds in the garden. A dining area and a separate seating area. The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments. There are opening times for this. Also, you have a private parking space in the parking garage. We had a lovely stay. Thanks Rafael.

Perfect apartment (very clean with excellent communication with owner) to enjoy and dream of escaping a Chicago winter. The area has a very basic grocery store however a Lidel supermarket is in Motril accessible by bus vs driving. The beach bar Hoyo 19 is a Go To for breakfast, beverages plus meals. Excellent seafront walkway combo of natural and modern. I would definitely recommend.

Spectacular apartment, three bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned by ducts and a terrace overlooking the pool. All furnished and willing to enjoy it. Possibly in one of the best areas of Almeria very close to the cat cape and its beaches and villages. Great!!

Great location near bus stop to Almeria and beach just 15 min walk down to the coast. Great and very comfortable flat with terrace and nice see view. Would definitely return. Thank you.

the apartment was very well cleaned and has a relatively new bathroom and kitchen with quality appliances. We enjoyed the large smart TV (Netflix etc) and comfy sofa in the large bright living/dining room. The double bedroom being at the front is lovely and bright, getting the sunrise and views. The balcony gets the sun late morning, and being winter we enjoyed the afternoon sun there. For winter visitors the heating is perfect. Short drive down to lovely cafes at La Herrada beach. You need a car here. Easy parking outside this time of year (didn't use the underground one). Very peaceful area.

lovely place with rooftop terrace, spacious and clean. felt like a little cottage in the city. also close enough to the ski bus to walk in about 10 minutes.

The two of us arrived with our car and Sam guided us so well that we also found the finca without any problems. The journey seemed adventurous but ultimately completely hassle-free. We immediately felt very welcome in the house. Drinks were provided with cold and small sweets, everything very lovingly prepared in the details. The amenities leave little. Wishes open. Whether cleaning materials or cooking utensils, everything is there. In and around the house..such as on the upper balcony with sea view and in the strikingly maintained, clean pool.. you can enjoy absolute privacy. Sam is always responsive and we had the impression that she and Ian were happy if they could also fulfill wishes for the guests. When we asked for a small table for the balcony, it didn't take an hour for us to be fulfilled. We felt like personal guests and will definitely come back. ❤️ Thanks Sam and Ian. You guys are great.

Cozy cortijo overlooking the mountains and lake of Iznájar.Cuenta with totally new facilities both inside and outside, exactly as in the description and in the photos, it is a quiet place to relax,quite equipped ,swimming pool of salt water perfect for a good dip, very few km away are the villages of Iznájar and Rute.My family and I spent ten days in absolute tranquility,so I recommend it and we would not hesitate to return.

The house is very cute and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and 5 minutes from downtown. Highly recommended

Accommodation as described. Best of all, you can enjoy the pool in the middle of August. Laly was aware of all our needs from the time of booking. He greeted us upon our arrival and explained everything as well as he went to say goodbye, and that we left very early from the accommodation. During our stay he wrote to me to worry that we were, super looking out for us. So it's a luxury to go on vacation.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic with of grocery stores, parks, cafes, etc within easy walking distance.

The host was very helpful! The house was very clean and is located in a location with many nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The condo has direct access to the beach. I only felt sorry that the pool at the time of my stay was only open on Saturday. I would recommend this place 🙂

Charis is a lovely, warm host and the apartment is spacious and light. The kitchen is well equipped and large and the sitting room/dining area is an open, airy space which leads onto a large terrace overlooking the marina with an amazing view! The apartment also has an abundance of storage, which was such a bonus! We felt very cozy and completely at home at Charis’ apartment for the 8 weeks we were there and the location is very pretty with hilly, scenic walks to the centre of La Herradura or Almunecar. For convenience though, both are reachable by car (which is recommended for the area) within an easy ten minutes :) Thank you Charis, for the wonderful stay!

We have 12 days in the Apartment and were delighted! The apartment is very nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable. The outdoor area is much larger than it can be seen in the photos. You can look out to the sea from the terrace and enjoy the sunrise! We really enjoyed everything very much and we will definitely come back again!

A super stay in La Herradura. Apartment was exactly as we had imagined and super communication with Michelle the host. We appreciated the step free access, and, as one of us had mobility issues, the disabled parking bay at the door was a real bonus. We also appreciated the flexibility with checking in and a lovely welcome pack helped us settle in immediately. Will definitely go back.

We had a short but wonderful stay at Ivan's. The building is exceptional and full of charm, the description and the faithful photos. Recommended without worries!

I stayed in this apartment for a month with my dog (2 people + dog). A very spacious apartment with a huge terrace! Great sunshine, and at the same time shaded on the other side, so for any time of the day there will be a place to rest outside. A nice touch was that there was cold water in the apartment for a thirsty dog, for couples with a dog it is a great location near a dry river, where it is very quiet and there is a lot of place to walk. A 15-minute walk is Mercadona, and 5 minutes further a bakery & pastry shop and a small local market. I really enjoyed the underground parking, the assigned car space. The apartment has everything you need to cook, a huge number of spices in cabinets, pans, pots and a dishwasher. What I loved was the dishwasher pods for the entire stay (it's not obvious). On the downside, I rate the lack of a vacuum cleaner in the apartment, and extra linens for a month's stay:) Highly recommend!
