Nice apartment, very well equiped, full of light, of about 50 square meters and consisting of 1 bedroom, bathroom and living room open to the kitchen. It is located in a pedestrian street (fourth floor with lift) only a few meters from the beach and in the best area of the capital of Gran Canaria to enjoy the city. Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
