Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Das BLOXS Tiny House steht auf dem Betriebsgelände der Holzwerke Gleitsmann. Die Nachbarschaft hat daher einen industriellen Charakter. Das Sägewerk ist jedoch stillgelegt und außer Betrieb. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Holzabholmarkt, so dass es zu Lärmbelästigungen durch Verladungen/Kundengesprächen kommen kann.

Our bright, new apartment is very well equipped. Located on the outskirts, you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony. Facilities such as a supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Water playground, space to relax next door. The Main is not far and thus also many small villages and beautiful cities. Leisure: Bandkeramikmuseum, Jewish cemetery, the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Volkach, Werneck, swimming lakes, thermal baths, wine villages on the Main loop.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world."
