Das BLOXS Tiny House steht auf dem Betriebsgelände der Holzwerke Gleitsmann. Die Nachbarschaft hat daher einen industriellen Charakter. Das Sägewerk ist jedoch stillgelegt und außer Betrieb. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Holzabholmarkt, so dass es zu Lärmbelästigungen durch Verladungen/Kundengesprächen kommen kann.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Beautiful & practically furnished apartment on the 1st floor of a house, for max 4 people, the two bedrooms are equipped with single beds 1x2m, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail, the windows all have blinds. Kitchenette offers everything you need Toaster Kettle Pad Coffee machine Dishwasher a stove +refrigerator +icebox. In the new bathroom, showering in the large, walk-in shower becomes an experience,large window.

The accessible apartment (60 sqm) with balcony is in the perfect location between the old town and the highway/industry. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the city center is a 5-minute walk.
