Holiday rentals with a patio in Grad Pag

We had a wonderful stay at Patricija's place on the island of Vir! The apartment was not only beautiful but also impeccably prepared, with every detail carefully thought out. Patricija's hospitality truly stood out—she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and always made sure to accommodate our every wish. The location is fantastic as well, with everything we needed within walking distance, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

All good, check-in was possible an hour before. Everything nicely and high-quality furnishings, heated pool, with lounge chairs, no problems.

Adrian is a very kind person, check-in is automatic but he is always there for any need. the house offers many comforts, including a spacious and very equipped kitchen that joins the living room with smart TV and air conditioning. The rooms are equipped with a fan, the beds are comfortable. the apartment is on the second floor and offers a beautiful balcony where you can eat and appreciate the sunset. nearby you can visit the beautiful page on foot, and the nightlife is half anhour by car. 5 minutes from the apartment you will have the Lorenco supermarket and others always nearby. great experience, highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is good when traveling with dog. It is exactly between restaurants on the right hand and quite beaches where dog is allowed on the left hand :). Apartment is very nice clean with very nice view. There are also some amenities for beach available, which was very appreciated. Definetely recommending when traveling with dog and we will probably come again :)

The apartment is well-equipped and has a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view. Furthermore Martin is a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Highly recommended!

Here's one of the best places I've rented. Everything is of quality in this property. Everything is designed to live there. This is a 5* home with almost the same services as a hotel. Marin is a very friendly host who does everything to make you feel good. We were on the second floor overlooking the sea, the panoramic terrace is superb, Marin thought of putting on a sofa with protection for the wind in order to make the most of this view. This place is perfect, it's just missing a microwave. At the bottom you will find a very nice common area to grill your meat and you can choose between indoors or outdoors. The Marin again has thought of everything because there is dishes of cutlery a large sink and a second dishwasher!!! The pool area is great and allows you to come to Croatia early in season and be able to swim anyway. Bravo Marin for all these services. You can go there without a second thought.

My family and I stayed in Gabrijela's apartment with 6 people for 10 nights in August 2024. The apartment is very spacious, we were greeted with beautiful cleanliness and an amazing view. Everything was just like the pictures. Gabrijela was very kind and helpful throughout, always responding very quickly and trying to make us feel comfortable. Everything went smoothly and I'm so glad we chose this accommodation to relax. Even though the apartment is right on the beach, thanks to good insulation, there was no noise from the beach, restaurants, streets. I met Gabrijela as a very reliable accommodation provider, and I would recommend it to everyone. 😊😊

Very welcoming hosts. Convenient location of the house. Short walk to beaches and shops, but at the same time a quiet and peaceful place. Nice view from the terrace. Stylishly decoratedinterior. There is everything you need for your stay. There is an opportunity to light a grill and cook fish or meat. It was our best vacation ever.

Paola was extremely generous and kind to us, as her guests. I got unfortunately sick a few days before our trip and we needed to reschedule for a one week, without any problem and charges! Our dog was also welcomed and treated so nice too! 🐺 On our way back in our home country were suddenly floods and storms, so we needed to stay and extend for two extra nights in order to safely return, also without any problem! 🍀 We are lucky enough to find this place and beautiful people here, thank you so much! 🤩🏝️ With all the best wishes 💙 Albert&Adela with Destiny 🐺

Very nice, secluded little house. We were there with 3 adults and 2 children and that worked well The bathroom is a bit small, but this is compensated by the outdoor shower. Super is the private access to the sea, the coast is otherwise steep and inaccessible. Swimming, snorkeling(many fish, few sea urchins) and sunbathing on the almost empty coast. Highly recommend the homemade products e.g. olive oil or cheese. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the place.

Lovely spot in Vir, hosts are always around and super friendly! There are bakeries, grocery stores, ice cream, pizza and an awesome beach all nearby. Would come back for sure :)

Anna is so kind (even without speaking English). She was very welcoming the moment we arrived, and was okay with us checking in early. The apartment was exactly as needed; a simple, clean studio with the necessary items to cook our dinner and breakfast, a warm shower and a comfortable bed. We didn't explore the local town or beach, so can't say much about the location but it seems central, although situated on a main road. We would definitely recommend! Thank you Anna!

Heiko has very nice house that offers plenty space for the whole family. I most appreciate the beautiful exterior with pool, patio and grill. House is located in calm neighbourhood that provides you a lot of privacy. This also means that the closest beach is about 1,5km away and city centre about 3km. Also the water in house is not suitable for drinking, but Heiko informed us in advance so we bought a big barrel in the market. In overall we enjoyed our one week stay after season and recommend this place.

This house was amazing!!! The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with air conditioning in each room. Three big bedrooms with bathrooms - which was great for privacy!!! Kitchen had all the modern appliances that we needed and more!! Views from all of the windows in each of the rooms - lots of sunlight. We enjoyed the huge outside living area with great outdoor usable kitchen that was a joy to have access to and use. Was great to be able to cook our meals outside and eat outside (huge table in kitchen glass covered area) or even by the pool!! Lots of space here!! What a luxury!! The area where the house is located is very peaceful - away from the crowds and the noise. We even had a great little bakery and store near by for our morning eats and groceries!! It was an easy and quick walk to the beach where we discovered the SANDY BEACHES of Zaton. What a surprise!! This trip was a joy and I know that we will be back again to enjoy this house!!

Dora is an amazing host, she answered all my questions right away and helped me with everything! The amenities and condition of the place are impeccable! The kitchen had everything you need for a family of 7! The house is right next to the main road, so it was a little noisy at night, but it didn't bother us after the second day 🙂 I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sophisticated, comfortable stay! We'll be sure to come back!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Ilija's apartment :) Great location, bakery and shop is near, private beach, clear water. Ilija is amazing host! The apartment is big enough and has a great view from terrace. Thank you for a really nice trip!

The appartman was very spacious , comfortable, with everything you need. Communication easy, nice terasse.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Comucative, welcoming host. The apartment was clean, the amenities matched the description and photos. Vesna allowed us to check in earlier than stated on the itinerary after communication. She personally greeted us, guided us through the accommodation. She surprised us with snacks in the fridge and fresh scones. Very caring and helpful throughout the stay. An apartment in a location for people who are looking for a quiet vacation. Pebble beaches with beautiful clear water about 10-15 minutes on foot. Again, the day before we left, she surprised us with freshly baked fruit cake. She was aware of the check out time and due to the early morning check out she said goodbye to us and accompanied us safe travels and return home. Satisfied with location, weather and beaches.

I highly recommend staying, the apartment is clean with all the things you need. Very good place if you have a car, access to the beach. You can make a barbecue on the beach, it's quiet and peaceful, so you can relax. Lenka is very nice. We're happy and think we'll be back.

The owner was very kind and friendly... We felt great there. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, if we go around next time we will definitely come back.
