Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Grad Pag

What a wonderful house! Well-equipped, great layout and incomparable location. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and supermarket in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

All brand new, clean and tidy. All super well equipped. The jacuzzi is great. Intimate and relaxing. Even better was the restaurant from the host. One of the best barbecues on the Adriatic. Beach a minute walk away. A host with all the compliments. If you need it is there right away and appreciates your privacy. Great.

Very nice to have a house so close to the sea, an outdoor shower would be very comfortable. It's a little far from amenities, markets, or restaurants, but the place is very nice and quiet.

Very nice place, quiet, quiet, the hosts of the property were lovely, everything went well. The pool is large, clean, same hot tub, grill, sun loungers, large space with a patio, I give you the perfect rest. Exemplary, clean, two bathrooms, three bedrooms were enough for our group of 7 people. We consider the stay to be WONDERFUL and didn't want to leave. I think we'll be back there someday. Thanks,

Davorka and Mladen were hosting us as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. Even better as we have expected. We loved the perfect house including the lovely terrace and the very clean beach/sea directly in front of it. If you are looking for a quiet and authentic airbnb we definitely reccomend a stay in Kosljun. So go for it…

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

It was an unforgettable holiday with our friends. The space was spotless, except for a few small things, e.g. the stove top simply turned off on its own during cooking. Unfortunately, you could no longer turn it on for 10 minutes. The fridge outside would have to be defrosted again and the codes for door and gate could have been passed on earlier. The outdoor area was fantastic, especially the outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Essentially, it was great. We will be happy to come back!

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

We've never been to this place before and fell in love with it straight away! Beautiful little place, very familiar and harmonious! The hosts were super accommodating, always easy to reach and very helpful! We are already looking forward to our next stay!🥰
