Holiday rentals with beach access in Grad Kaštela

We had a great week at Barbara’s lovely and well-equipped apartment with a beautiful pool, a view of the sea and an easy walk to the beach. The number 37 bus stops right outside the apartment so getting to and from the airport and to Split and Trogir without a car is straightforward, although the buses can be very busy. We hope to be back again soon!

Very much enjoyed my stay. Lovely small seaside village with a marina and a few restaurants and beach very close by. I can highly recommend this place to wind down and relax.

Es war einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Whirlpool. Es war nicht weit von Split entfernt, hatte sehr viele Einkaufsläden in der Nähe und man konnte toll am Meer spazieren gehen.

Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Lage zwischen Trogir und Split mit Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Gleich neben dem Flughafen. Da nicht viel Flugbewegungen (Oktober) stört der Flughafen nicht. Superschöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Kleiner Strand in der Nähe für einen kurzen Schwumm am morgen. Zwei gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert die Wohnung.

The apartment was just as described, the host was very friendly and we even got a very late check-in (after a delayed bus). Overall a great experience!

我是从Hvar岛回到split需要转机离开克罗地亚才入住这个房源，所以定的时间已经很晚，但房东反应很及时让我及时定到了这个房源，而且因为行程的关系，我到房源已经很晚了，将近晚上10点，房东也一直等到我到了房子后交代清楚才去休息，。房源在海边，景色十分好，而且附近有不少餐厅，住宿实在方便，至于房子非常整洁干净。设施齐全，房间也安静，让我有种回家的感觉，度过了舒服的一晚上，这次也是因为行程关系。暂住了一晚。以后有机会来split一定会再考虑这个房子，并更深入的探索周边！

Od samego przyjazdu nie mogliśmy uwierzyć w tak piękne miejsce apartament jak nowy wyposażony dosłownie we wszystko. Po wyjściu pokazuje się piękny port natomiast po 10min spa eru piękne plaże mnóstwo restauracji i pysznego jedzenia. Nasz urlop trwał tyło tydzień ale to był jeden z najlepszych jakie zapamiętamy. Gospodarz jak duch przynosił nam rzeczy o które prosiliśmy gdy mieliśmy jakieś pytania w parę minut otrzymywalismy odp pokierowała nas gdzie iść co zwiedzić aby pobyt na długo został w naszych głowach. Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę i pomoc z miłą chęcią wrócimy Pozdrawiamy serdecznie Ivana

Dragan a été un hôte très agréable et à notre écoute car nous avons pu arriver dans le logement avant l’heure prévue normalement par la location (notre vol arrivant très tôt sur notre lieu de vacances). Et justement à notre arrivée, il nous a gratifié d’un énorme plat de charcuteries locales avec pain et boissons, que demander de plus ! Même chose pour la sortie du logement le jour de notre départ : il s’est calé sur nos horaires.

Vercia was very friendly and was super helpful when my plans changed and I had to extend my stay. Lovely place and I look forward to coming back.

Wir waren zu 6 und es war genug Platz für uns alle. Die Zimmer sind super schön und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Badezimmer waren super schön und mit Warm Wasser ausgestattet. Eine wunderschöne Küche mit Utensilien zum selbst versorgen, mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Anlange hat auch einen Pool und Grill. Zum Vermieter super freundlich ist auf alle wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen, wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten so gut wie alles machen was wir wollten. Immer wieder

Superb stay in Croatia. The apartment is very nice and right at a nice beach. Great restaurants are close by. Our son (9 years old) particularly enjoyed the small football pitch. Toni was a wonderful host, always responding fast and in a very helpful way. Clearly a strong recommendation from our side.

The proximity to the beach was brilliant- it was very clean and lovely to snorkel and saw lots of fish. It was close to Split and Trogir and Krka, all of which we would recommend. We weren’t really bothered by the proximity to the airport- couldn’t hear it at all inside. The outdoor space was lovely in the dappled shade of the olive trees. Thank you for a lovely stay.

this was our second time staying in Ivana's beautiful home. there had been two new bathroom's fitted since our stay last year! she is a wonderful host and even brought us pancakes for the national holiday! couldn't recommend more!

Wir, eine siebenköpfige Familie, waren für zehn Tage in diesem traumhaften Haus. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Wohnungen, die wir gemietet hatten sind sehr modern, schick und in einem außerordentlich guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gastfreundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Was uns Anfangs etwas irritiert hat war, dass die beiden Wohnungen keine Verbindung untereinander haben. Das hatten wir nicht auf dem Schirm, haben aber eine für uns gute Lösung gefunden. Die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell in Split oder in Trogir und alles was man braucht ist in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußläufig sind auch einige gute Restaurants. Das Meer und eine sehr gute und günstige Bäckerei sind direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool geliebt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sofort nochmal buchen.

Villa Hana, the surrounding area and our hosts Ante and Ivana were wonderful. The villa looks even better than the photos and has everything you need. The spotlessly clean swimming pool, table tennis, swings and trampoline gave the children hours of fun. The local seafront villages with great bars and restaurants are easy walking distance and we coped without a hire car. Ante is also an uber driver and we were able to go further afield and see Split. Trogir and the Krka National park with him. First class villa and holiday- we will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kastel Stari! Antonela was always extremely responsive and helpful with ideas for local restaurants and activities. The apartment was clean and even cuter than pictured. We loved how close we were to the water and local restaurants. This was a great location to take side trips to Split, Sibenek, Krka falls and Trogir. One of our favorite stays ever!!!!

Really lovely place, close to an absolutely beautiful beach and lots of lovely restaurants. Host met us at the airbnb and replied very efficiently to all our queries leading up to the trip. The place itself was okay, decent rooms and kitchen but there was also access to a gorgeous terrace which was nice to sit out in the sun and have a drink! Storm was forecast while we were there too, and the host even allowed us to stay past check in which was so generous and kind!

Nádherný byt kousek od moře, v okolí je několik obchodů, v bytě nám nic nechybělo, je k dispozici i spoustu úložného prostoru, myčka i pračka, moc jsme si to užili☺️

very nice flat, in the quieter kastela area near split, ideal for a longer stay. Split, Trogir, Sibenik, Kraka Park and Klis fortress, are all easily reachable by car or uber within 25 minutes all under 20 euro, and the beach is at a 5 minute walk. The host is very sweet and handed us some fresh fruit from her garden a few times, there was a bit of a language barrier but she is very good at using hand gestures among her speech te get messages across. So she was quite easy to understand in the end.

Amazing stay at Josko and Olesya‘s place. Super friendly and communicative, stunning location right on clear and clean water, you can jump right into the water from in front of the house. We chose to Uber back and forth to split (approximately 20-25 minutes for around 16-23€ per ride), but I believe the bus station is also around the corner. Cute bakery and some bars around the corner with views on the water as well as a nice restaurant on the water is a 4 minute walk away. There is also a little convenience store right next to the hosue with pretty much everything you need! We had an amazing time there! Thank you for having us! Till next time!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Tomislav. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de slaapbank, dat hadden we beter op voorhand even aan kunnen geven. We hebben ook heerlijk buiten genoten van het terras. Je bent vanuit hier zo op het strand, waar toen wij er waren de zee nog prima van temperatuur was om in te zwemmen. Zwemschoenen of iets aan je voeten is wel belangrijk. De bus is fijn dichtbij en als je op voorhand je kaartjes koopt heel goedkoop.
