Book this place!!! I can’t say enough great things, and like other reviews said the pictures don’t do it justice! You can feel the love Rochelle put into the property to make it incredible. Great location, beautiful backyard with stunning gardens. Next time we are in Turks we will be staying here!

This is a lovely home & spotlessly clean with all the full sized appliances you need-oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer/microwave & air fryer/blender/breakfast station/toaster - all top quality. It also had coffee filters, salt/pepper & laundry detergent. The deck is large, lovely & great water/sunset view-With beautiful landscaping. The unheated pool is wonderful. The area felt very safe including a gate w/remote control & parking. The property sits above very shallow & calm water perfect for kayaking. However, the path down to the water is uneven rock path & a bit of a challenge especially if bringing down the 2 great kayaks provided. I am 65 & scooted down on my bum. It was worth it. We kayaked all afternoon. We saw a turtle on our 2nd kayaking there. As others have mentioned in their reviews all the bedrooms/showers are upstairs & there’s a narrow spiral staircase. We had to leave suitcases downstairs & carry things up as needed. The house is beautifully furnished. Highly recommend

This is a place you would want to stay ! Very beautiful and cozy. The pool area look just like the photos and there was in fact a gym. The place is literally a mansion. Keep in mind that it is a shared home.

The view from the villa is beautiful. It is well appointed, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with many essentials. They have laundry facilities although we did not use them, we had intended to and then didn’t need to. The view of Chalk Sound is stunning and the beaches within walking distance are definitely the best on the island. We loved the beaches that were close by. Chantal and Dave have chairs and coolers for use at the beach which was wonderful. You definitely need a rental car as it is quite remote from most of the restaurants. Las Brisa’s is right next door which was very handy and we did eat there are few times. The first night on the island we ate there and the food was wonderful. Our next few experiences there were not as good and we wished we hadn’t continued to go back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, it was very relaxing for our family

We could not have asked for a more wonderful stay! Celebrated my husbands Birthday and thourougly enjoyed every moment. The Villa is beautifully appointment and very private. Absolute perfect spot for complete R&R. So thankful I saw the reviews for this before we booked a crowded all inclusive. We took the owners advise and provisioned at the nearby grocery which meant we rarely had to leave the beauty of what felt like our own private beach. Recommend staying here for sure and hope to come back sooner than later.

This place is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation is beautiful, cozy, and spotlessly clean, with all the little details thought of to make the stay even more enjoyable. The host is simply amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality made my stay truly special. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity and for making this experience so memorable. Everything was beyond my expectations, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much for everything! Had a few minor issues when we arrived but David was responsive and took care of everything quickly. House was perfect and the beach was amazing!! Prettiest water I think we’ve ever seen. Definitely one for the memory book! I always tell my wife we will have memories instead of dreams and this will be a good one

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Flame Tree! The property was exactly as expected—quiet, peaceful, and a perfect retreat. While a few minor items were missing (like a can opener) or broken (such as an umbrella), Eric was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The beds were quite spacious but not the most comfortable. However, Eric’s flexibility with check-in and check-out made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ll especially miss the delicious croissants and stunning sunrises. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book one of his properties again if I return to the island!.

This was a perfect spot for a family. We enjoyed the privacy of our own property and pool. The pool deck is its own separate living area. The common space of the house was great for gathering and being together. And the bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed. The house was extremely well provisioned. The owners thought very well for making the week hospitable. Our family of 7 had a blast here together. It felt like home all week.

We stayed at Dale and Nina's place for 4 days/nights with our two school-aged children. It's the perfect place for a family of 4. The house is spacious and well stocked with towels, kitchen/cooking items, and beach gear (snorkels, chairs, umbrella). It has a nice little shared pool area with pool amenities. It is a very short walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. 2-minutes of walking up the beach and there is a nice cafe ("Somewhere") and the Coral Gardens reef that literally comes right up to the beach. Kids can explore snorkeling in waist deep water. All kinds of fish to see right there. The place is exactly as described and Nina/Dale were very responsive hosts.

We had a spectacular week vacation with our family of five staying at Russ‘s place. Great location with easy access to the beaches and restaurants. We rented a car, which helped us to explore the island. The pool was a major bonus with the kids. We will certainly consider returning in the future!

My family stayed at Kumbar Villa for ten nights. It was clean, more than spacious, safe, quiet, and had everything we needed. Sushma was an amazing host; very responsive, friendly, readily available if needed, and made sure our stay was perfect. This was our 5th time on Provo. We adventure all over the island every day, but are partial to staying in Leeward and would definitely recommend staying at this villa. The beaches (duh!), snorkeling, seafood ravioli at Mango Reef, banana daiquiris at The Terrace, salmon salad at Cocovan, and daily chai lattes at Lemon 2 Go or Shay Cafe are already calling my name. Okay, maybe the Pot Cakes too. If you haven’t been to TCI, this is your warning… you WILL fall in love. It’s all so amazing and beautiful; the weather, the beaches, the locals, the culture, the drinks, the food… all of it! Thank you for the hospitality, Sushma! We can’t wait for our next trip.

A very nice Airbnb. Location is slightly off the beaten path and you would need a car to access it and the nearby beaches. The surrounding area is undergoing a lot of construction but nothing that disturbed us.

Great location and the home was very peaceful, larger space than appeared in photos. Kitchen was very well stocked and grill outside in good condition. Host was very responsive for our few minor needs during the stay. Highly recommend. Our family was primarily here for direct from shore snorkeling and beach activities, which were outstanding. The coral gardens reef is steps away and perfect for young children learning to snorkel for first time. Saw stingray, flounder, lionfish, and of course many common species. For those wishing a more involved snorkeling experience, we saw many sea turtles at smith's reef about 45min walk west along the beach.

First of all the owners are extraordinary people always ready to help. They allowed us to check up in the morning without any extra charges. The house is modern, very clean and provided with any essential thing. It's located in a quiet area, but one car is necessary to drive around the island. Grace bay is just at ten minutes as Sapodilla, Taylor Bay and the airport at five minutes. The house is close to a Sunny Food Supermarket. One car is absolutely necessary. I recommend this location and will surely come back. Thank you Yssel for your precious help and advices.

This is a beautiful house, it's even more lovely than in the photos. Everyone involved with this property is top notch. The hosts and the owner are focused on making sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. They maintain it like a high end hotel - there’s no remnants from previous guests cluttering drawers and cabinets - it’s spotless. It's modern, fresh, with a breathtaking view, and filled with natural light everywhere. It's fully equipped with excellent appliances, and I could easily stay here for extended periods. I would definitely be staying here again.

Our family of five visited Turks & Caicos from Cleveland, OH over Christmas break. The home was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and very accommodating. We spent much of the mornings by the pool enjoying the lovely surrounding. Access to the beach was within walking distance and it was great to take long walks along the coast. The host, Britney, was extremely responsive and helpful. She was so great to our family. I would highly recommend staying at Dolphin Hideaway!

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

Neko is a very professional host. He was clear with instructions and proactive with communication. The apartment was like the photos. Clean and in a great location within Leeward.

Being in Turks and Caicos its important to be laid back and go with the flow. We had some hiccups along the way with some things…. but when we reached out they were close by and came to fix everything immediately. The pool was great and we enjoyed it a lot. We didn’t utilize the golf carts because they were not working the first half of the trip and after they were fixed we realized it was easier to just drive to the beach access. Over all decent place to stay.

Very easy to find. George met us at the house and walked us through how to use everything. Home was clean and had everything you need to enjoy the island. Centrally located in Grace Bay. Easy to use bikes provided and grill for convenient cooking at the house. There was AC and filtered water provided. Private gate and home alarms. Felt very safe for our family of 7.
