**Great Stay Minutes from Plitvice Lakes** We had a great experience staying at Ivana’s place. The location was ideal—just minutes from Plitvice Lakes. Ivana met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home, which was a thoughtful touch. The space has been updated with stylish mid-century modern furnishings and felt very comfortable. She also kindly allowed us a later checkout, which made a big difference. It gave us time to enjoy the national park without feeling rushed before heading out on the next leg of our road trip. We’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

We spent 2 nights in this excellent quality accommodation. You feel very good there, the apartment is new and very cozy. We recommend it without hesitation, plus the hosts are very nice and for cat lovers you will make a cute little friend 😅

Maja and Kruno’s house seemed to be recently remodeled and extremely clean. Guests can use the big yard to relax and enjoy the nature, especially in June. The house was just about a 10 min. drive from Plitvice National Park, a must visit place. Hosts Kruno and Maya were very friendly.

It was such a lovely area and it felt right at home. We checked in earlier and there was fresh fruit, snacks for my son, easter eggs for both my children and a lovely local red wine that was so smooth. They gave us tips on where to go and what to try in the area and what to eat. They even gave us some fresh eggs. It was a great stay. So responsive and absolutely amazing house to stay in. We had a ball!!!! Great playing area for the kids, as well as some games in the house. This was a great stay.

We had an amazing week stay here. Dijana was such a proactive and helpful host. She graciously accommodated our late check in (very early hours of the morning) and was there on arrival to show us the amenities. She gave great local walking/shopping recommendations. The house is beautiful and the location is stunning. It is a short drive from any shops and plenty of local walks. The hot tub was divine.

Everything was great. The host is super nice, the apartment was spotless, it had everything we needed. We had a small issue with Google maps, which flagged the place wrong, but we found each other quickly. Would recommend.

We had the best time! Such a friendly reception from the host, the house was so cozy and had everything we could have wished for. We all received a small gift upon arrival and the garden was amazing with so much beautiful plants. The area is super calm and surrounded with beautiful nature. We are so happy that we got to stay here!

It's hard to put into words just how wonderful our experience was with these amazing hosts. My family and I were in a tough spot after another booking turned out to be a disaster, and they truly came to the rescue. With barely any notice, they had the place spotless and ready for us even before check-in time. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like visiting old friends than staying in a rental. We spent time hanging out with them, got so many great tips on what to see and do in the area, and even got a lift to a hiking trail one morning, among many other thoughtful gestures. They went above and beyond in so many ways that made our stay special - something we’ll never forget. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better hosts, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Thank you again for everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Located in a beautiful town, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. You can tell it's a well-loved family home, and we really appreciated the warmth and comfort. Ivan’s apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In a great quiet location. Ivan kindly allowed me to lock my motorbike in his garage overnight. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Ivana was warm and gracious and the perfect host. Our apartment (#5) was neat as a pin with everything we needed. It also has a very quaint terrace with table and chairs and we had dinner (from 'Tommy ' grocery store in Rastovaca) there. Please note breakfast is available BUT you must reserve at least 1 day in advance. (my bad!) I wished we could have stayed longer at this very charming home. Thank you Ivana! :)

Convenient to the park entrance (2), great local restaurant, grocery store nearby, and so nice to have 3 bathrooms. The area was quiet and we wish we could have used the grill or fireplace but we only stayed for one night.

We chose this apartment because of its close proximity to the National Park and it worked great for our short visit. Jelena met us at arrival to give us a key and show us around. She also gave us great advice and directions about how to visit the park. The park was beautiful and well worth a visit. We would recommend Jelena’s place to anyone visiting Plitvice Lakes.

We stayed here for a quick stay to go to the national park. This was a perfect location and the place was in a delightful area. It was as described and felt comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a lovely two nights here.Mladen is a very enthusiastic and professional host, providing detailed tour routes and pick-up and drop-off services, very active and punctual communication, making our trip worry-free, easy and comfortable.The room is very clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet, the pool is heated, very comfortable.Zen is actually very well-behaved, and won't bark once it's familiar with you.

A very nice place, quiet location and a nice view. Restaurant and shops can be found about 1 km from the apartment. We stayed there for 2 nights and were very satisfied.

Clean, comfortable, cozy. This condo met all our needs and, most importantly, it's close to Plitvice Lakes National Park. One thing to point out, and I think other guests also have mentioned this in their reviews, DO NOT let the exterior of the condo give you pause. Yes, the exterior of the building and the entryway need some TLC, but the interior of the condo is awesome. It's extremely clean and updated. People in neighboring condos were quiet. Also, there is a market nearby (within easy walking distance) with very reasonable prices. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at this condo again.

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Excellent host, communication and place, tidy, spacious and an excellent place for a family getaway

The accommodation fully meets our expectations and the pictures. It was easy to find. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, no outside noise. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. We received all the necessary information from the host in advance, so no further information was needed after our arrival. Parking in the courtyard is convenient. The area is beautiful, with several good quality restaurants and larger grocery stores nearby. If I come to the area again I will choose this one.
