Located in the garrigue of Combaillaux, 72 m² house, totally independent with a bedroom with two beds, and another bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen open to a large living room, a bathroom with toilet, plus a separate toilet with sink. Pic St Loup, St Guilhem le Désert, Grotte des Demoiselles, Grotte de Clamouse, Lac du Salagou, Cirque de Mourèze, canoeing, kayaking...

In a small condominium of 3 lots, a charming 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/WC, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 minutes by car, shops, tram stops and motorway access 200 metres away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

The house is in Grabels in the heights. You will have stunning views with nature and bird songs when you wake up, this is 5-10 min away by car and 35 min from the beaches.
