A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with a kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and a TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room. Only the toilets at the entrance to the house are shared.

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into an independent studio with all the amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, sitting area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be off their leash. In a separate part of the garden is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

Caroline et Frédéric seront ravis de vous accueillir dans leur Pigeonnier situé à 3 mn de l'autoroute A 20 dans un domaine privé à 5 mn du centre d'Argenton sur Creuse. Le pigeonnier est installé sur les hauteurs de la Vallée de la Creuse . Il a été joliment restauré et agrémenté d'une terrasse panoramique. C'est un lieu de charme, idéal pour un séjour seul, à deux ou en petite famille.
