Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

Notre logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo mais malheureusement pas pour les handicapés car à l'étage . A environ 1 km vous trouverez la voie verte qui relie Quimper à Douarnenez

The bright living room is very warm thanks to its baseboards and colorful decoration. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room by the fireplace and a dining area overlooking the green garden. The spacious bedroom has a 160 x 200 1-person bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

You'll love my place for the view and comfort. It is good for couples. My accommodation is located at Port RHU near Tristan Island and the marina of Tréboul. You can access the city centre of Douarnenez, the beach, the 3 ports of Rosmeur, RHU and Tréboul on foot. Close to bars and restaurants and in Tréboul the thalasso centre. My apartment is on the 3rd and top floor. For parking no problem 2 free car parks nearby.

You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).

Very quiet, bright, functional and comfortable, it allows you to relax or work in peace. It is close to all amenities (the halls are a 2-minute walk, bus stop at the foot of the building). The train station is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
