Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Stadtpark, der Orangerie und dem Zentrum von Gotha. Genauso wie auch der Bahnhof und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Schloss, das Naturkundemuseum ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie besitzt einen separaten Eingang nur für unseren Gäste. Dies ist nun das dritte Appartement und wir hoffen, dass auch dieses den Erwartungen unserer Gäste genügt. Wir freuen uns schon auf möglichst viele interessante Gäste!

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2. Obergeschoss eines 3-geschossigen Wohnhauses, mit ausgebautem Dachboden, eingerichtet. Die Wohnung mit Erker und Balkon hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 90 m². Die drei Schlafzimmer sind jeweils separat abschließbar. Die Gemeinschaftsräume, wie Flur, Küche, Bad, WC und Wohnzimmer, werden ausschließlich durch unsere Gäste genutzt. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit Fahrräder sicher und trocken im Gebäude abzustellen.
