Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

They are easily accessible by car and public transport. Lots of parking on the premises. Various shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Immediate shopping about 50 meters to Edeka, bakery, beverage market, hairdresser, physiotherapy and pharmacy, as well as 3 restaurants... Best connections to the Spreewald and to Berlin, the Tropical Island is about 30 minutes by motorway (up to the A10 it is about 5 minutes) ... The cottage "Gartenhaus" is located in the forest, near Erkner (10 min. Drive from the S-Bahn Erkner). Alexanderplatz and Berlin Cathedral are each 28 km from the property. And Brandenburg Gate & Reichhstag are 30 km from the cottage. Behind the cottage is a sauna, which is rented on request for a surcharge. The 4 bikes are available for free. There are numerous lakes with beaches near the cottage.
