Le Petit Ruisseau, lovely comfortable holiday home

Situated in a small hamlet just outside the historic town of Domfront in the Normandy countryside this lovely holiday home consists of a large kitchen diner with fireplace and a lounge with a fireplace with wood burner on the ground floor. On the first floor are two light and airy en-suite double bedrooms, one has bunk beds. All rooms have views of the large garden that surrounds the property with several seating areas and a graveled terrace for outside dining. Plunge pool available in summer.

This is a stunning 18th Century 5* luxury holiday resort, comprising of 1 x 6 bedroom / 3 bathrooms and has a recently completed state of the art indoor swimming pool complex with temperature controlled water, large sauna and a jacuzzi. My place is close to lovely lakes and parks, you can discover art and culture and is near the medieval town of Lassay la Chateaux. My place is amazing for families with children as there is a Go Karting track nearby and plenty of other things for them to do.

In the countryside 3.5km outside of Sourdeval this house offers a great base from which to explore all that Normandy has to offer. The house features two bedrooms, each with comfortable double bed and private bathroom. There are many places to walk/cycle in the Normandie-Maine Natural Park. Nearby are the pretty towns of Domfront and Lassay-Les-Chateaux. Easy access to the Falaise pocket, Mont St Michel & the Normandy coast. Mantilly has a small shop. Hypermarkets ~15 minutes.

Walnut Gite was created from part of the old 18th century farmhouse building, it provides a warm cozy friendly atmosphere with many original features including exposed oak beams and beautiful views over the rolling countryside.
