A lovely "tiny house" in the back of our spacious garden. Take a walk through the small woods. Enjoy the view of the polder with ditches and sheep from your comfortable chair. Furnished and decorated in a light, summery style, using natural materials. The region is known for its stunning orchards, cute villages and fine biking routes.

Feel at home in our cozy apartment in the middle of rural Nieuwland. A beautiful view of the polder and over "de Vliet". It is a good base for cycling along the Linge or a day of fishing at one of the many fishing spots nearby. Of course, you can also just "stay at home" because the apartment has everything for a relaxing stay. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with every modern comfort.

The apartment is on the second floor above the studio. There is a double bed. In the spacious bedroom, a full extra bed can be added for a third guest upon request. You pay an extra €25.00 per night for that. You will have access to a bedroom and private bathroom. In addition, there is a kitchen with a complete kitchen.
