This is an excellent home for staying near the slopes! The beds were super comfortable, the welcome basket, kid friendly amenities, and provided essentials were very much appreciated. We would love to stay here again.

The cabin was exactly what I was looking for… river frontage, surrounded by nature, quiet and peaceful. The cabin was very clean and up to date on all amenities. I had no problems at all. I slept better there than I do at home. It was an Excellent getaway! I’ll definitely return someday.

This is our second stay at lazy bayse! We love this house. It is so well equipped and our kids love the golden tee, hot tub, fuse ball, and video games. The beds are all comfy and the house is stocked with everything you need. The owners are extremely responsive also!

Upon arrival we were impressed with the clean, open space. Teresa attention to detail was obvious. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were inviting and peaceful. We were able to grill out back and enjoyed the sunshine. A walk to town was delightful. The made from scratch Wild Roots cafe was delicious. Try their cinnamon rolls. The shoppers in the family enjoyed discovering a treasure at the local thrift/variety shop and the White House boutique. We plan to return for a ride on the Potomac Eagle when it’s running.

we stayed at Alisons place for a girl's weekend. It was beautiful! the pictures are exactly how the place looks, decorated nicely and very very clean. the host communicated very well and quickly, even had alot of recommendations for food and things to do. highly recommend staying here!

This was such a beautiful home. The views were stunning, so quiet and peaceful. House was very clean, huge kitchen and dining space, with a cozy fire place. It's a little off the beaten path, but worth the drive! Culin was a great host, super responsive and had great recommendations for activities and food! All in all it was a great trip!!

The house itself is cute and perfect for a short stay. The beds are super comfy and the place is nicely decorated. We enjoyed turning the little electric fireplace on in the evening when we were relaxing. FYI…..There is a railroad running directly in front of the house but surprisingly the noise from the train wasn’t that bad and it was kind of cool watching it pass through from time to time. Lastly, I would like to thank Julie for letting us stay at her place for the weekend and for being such a considerate, knowledgeable and caring host!

Looking for a quiet place to relax and reflect! The house is cute, comfortable, clean and homey feeling. The pictures reflect it perfectly! The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. A 15-20 min ride into Mt Jackson we found a sweet coffee shop (Coffee Grown) and a fun thrift shop to browse. One day we went to New Market , recommended if you like history! Check out the visitors center and Cafe ( great food). 10/10 place to stay to just relax and escape the day to day chaos!

Staying at Su’s Airbnb was an absolute delight—the location is exactly as photographed, and even more beautiful in person, with serene surroundings that made it the perfect escape for peace and quiet. Very fun place! Perhaps somewhat new so some kinks being worked out, but the host is incredibly responsive to any requests and has invested heavily in the property - luxury fixtures, appliances, amenities. Highly recommend.
