Holiday rentals with beach access in Goose Rocks Beach

A beautiful home with a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at this historic home. Very cozy and clean.

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

Enjoyed our stay so much! Nestled into a picturesque and quiet town. Super easy to get to and from Portland without having to stay in the hustle and bustle of staying directly downtown. The house itself is charming and clean. Felt like we were coming back to our own home every night after exploring Portland and the surrounding cities. Plus, the banana bread was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Jean is a cordial, friendly on site owner manager who takes great pride in her accommodations. No detail is too small to get her attention. Our unit was crisp, clean and delightfully appointed. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and delightful accommodations.

Great stay at Susan’s place! Everything you could need for a stay in Portland with a great host. Spotless and private apartment with great local recommendations, and Susan left us donuts on the day we left! Would absolutely stay again.

The house was in the perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. It had a great outdoor space. My husband and I enjoyed playing games Cyndi had in the house. Very clean and comfortable with great amenities. We wish we could stay longer! We will definitely be back.

We had a group of 10 staying here and we all fit very comfortably. Having the rollaways for the kids was nice. We enjoyed being close to restaurants and stores. Check in was easy. The location of the house is great. It is an old house so there are the quirks that come with that but we enjoyed our stay.

Kati’s house is a beautiful beach house and would be a dream in the summer. We came in December for Christmas Prelude so while we couldn’t enjoy the beach, the house was well equipped for the cold weather with a cozy electric fireplace and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were able to walk into town and back (about a mile, but there are sidewalks and streetlights, and it was easier and safer than driving). We felt right at home in the spacious and open living area. The master bedroom has a sliding door out to the back deck that doesn’t lock and was therefore quite cold, so we did not sleep in this room. Also, Kati stayed in the unit downstairs, so while we did not share any actual living spaces, we did share the overall property (not sure if this is always the case, or just happened to be while we were there). This did not disrupt our experience at all, though. Overall, we had a great stay.

We were contacted before the stay; the owner described some updates to the property, and made sure we would know more about the neighborhood and area. The house was easy to find, and our stay was uneventful. We could have contacted the owner any time, but didn't need to, everything was as described. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future. This was our first Airbnb, and it was a great experience. A big thanks to David and Will for providing a great experience for our family for the holidays...thank you!

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Our stay in Kennebunk was wonderful - from the moment we checked in, everything was a breeze. Gwen was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen and bedrooms were very clean. Ideal and quiet location - walkable to Bennett’s Sandwich Shop. Would recommend this family friendly Airbnb to anyone looking to rent in the Kennebunkport area.

David could be the greatest Airbnb host we’ve ever had! He was extremely attentive and answered all my questions before, during, and after the stay. We had a welcome packet of snacks, drinks, and small gifts for the kids waiting for us when we arrived. The skee ball machine was actually even more fun than we thought it would be and we used all the various games included in the house for a memorable “family Olympics”. The neighbors were quiet and it was easy to get to some great destinations like Portland and Kennebunkport. David’s house was a lot of fun!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

We really enjoyed being able to walk in to downtown Kennebunk and also driving to Kennebunkport and the beach too! Both have quaint shops and good restaurants. James’ support team helped us out with one issue. The kitchen had ample space for cooking, and basic utensils, pans and dinnerware. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, you may want to bring olive oil, spices and condiments. Coffee & tea bags were available. The bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed was comfortable and there was room for hanging clothes. We had an enjoyable stay.

We had a great time! The condo is clean, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend this AirBnB, especially for the beach proximity.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

I went with a couple of friends for a relaxing weekend in the fall. It was lovely to have the beach so close by! We took a short day trip to Ogunquit where there was quite a bit of activity; lots of shops and restaurants to check out. Coming back to Melissa's place was cozy and relaxing. Since this was off-season, it is pretty quiet in the area. I felt more comfortable taking a stroll to the beach in the evening with a friend but would be hesitant to go alone. Despite that, we got the weekend we wanted: peace, relaxation, the ocean, things to do nearby, and a place to stay that was quiet, cozy, and clean. Thank you Melissa!

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.
