Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Goodhue County

Very nice place! It fit our needs for a centrally-located place for a family gathering. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return if the need arises. Within walking disstance of the beach and downtown, along with beautiful views of the lake! The one negative is that the house is located on the main road/highway through town, so traffic noise is pretty much constant. Not terrible, but noticable.

Tee It Up was very nice and conveniently located to the our daughter's wedding venue, the Skyroom. Having accommodations so close was very helpful. The house was clean and comfortable and met our needs perfectly.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family at Christmas time. It felt so magical , cozy & quiet. The host was very responsive , the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Fantastic stay for 8-12 people! Extremely open space, and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. My stay involved lots of karaoke, darts, fireside chats, and enjoying coffee on the outside porch overlooking the woods. The space itself is massive, and could easily fit a large group without feeling cramped. I stayed with 7 others and we all loved the place. 10/10 would recommend! My only complaint is the amount of personal belongings that were left by the host. There was a significant amount of food and drinks left in both fridges(one in the kitchen and one in the garage) with little to no instructions on what was the hosts personal food or what was left by past guests. The bar in the garage was also stocked with some drinks and mixers, but again there were no instructions on if they were there for guests or not. A few more details about the rules could have been nice, but that is just one small complaint against so many positive features this stay has to offer!

Patricia's lake house was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Lake City and the surrounding areas have lots to do. The house was clean and tidy and had all of the amenities that we needed to have a great time. She even included frosty mugs in the freezer for an ice-cold drink! We were able to use the grill and had restaurants within walking distance. When we had a (small) problem she was quick to respond. Overall it was a great stay and well worth it! We hope to come back again!

The view was outstanding and the host was great: very responsive, great with "housewarming" provisions, etc. The accomodations were comfortable for our 3-generation group of 10. The driveway was a bit scary (but that comes with the view!). For us it seemed like off-season, and so the prices seemed a bit high, but for all those ice-fisherman (we had no idea that it would still be going strong), I suppose it was still high season. Two of our group managed to get out for a run 2 out of the 3 mornings we were there. But be aware there is no shoulder on the highway right at the house. We enjoyed the shops that were open in the town of Stockholm, and walking out on the river/lake there. We also enjoyed a hike up at Maiden Rock bluff trail.

Wow….what a beautiful place. Everyone commented how nice and ‘hygge’ everything felt. We were 3 adults with 4 teens and the place was just perfect. Definitely a perfect 10. We’re already planning a return visit.

Great as always, lake looks beautiful no matter what season it is.

We stayed here for about 6 weeks for a job we had in Red Wing. Easy drive in and out. The place was well stocked and very clean. The only irritation we had was the parking and the bar next door. You never knew what the parking situation was going to be. And the bar could be loud on the weekends and very busy. Other than that, we would definitely recommend people staying here for long term jobs. Anthony was always responsive and very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay.

We were working at the prairie island nuclear plant , And our stay at Jill’s was excellent. Wonderful accommodations with a short commute to work

Great place to stay and convenient location for fishing. Fished all day but nice to be able to have a place to come back to, clean fish, have a fry in the yard and get some sleep to do it all over again.

My stay at Barbara’s loft was absolutely wonderful! Barbara is a fantastic host—thoughtful, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The loft itself is beautifully designed, blending comfort, artistry, and smart details (like the night lights) that make it extra special. The kitchen was a joy to cook in—well-equipped with high-quality appliances—and the furniture was both stylish and comfortable. One of my favorite moments was relaxing on the porch in the afternoon sun; it was the perfect way to unwind. I stayed for nearly two weeks. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-curated space with a host who genuinely cares!

It is a beautiful place - very nicely renovated and clean! The beds are comfortable, and they even had bathrobes! We also really appreciated the full length mirror in each bedroom which made getting ready in the morning easy (with three women staying and one bathroom, it is great to have the mirrors in the bedrooms). Great location - can walk one direction to old Main Street and the other direction to the “main downtown”. Would definitely stay there again!

I stayed at The Blue Iris Marigold apartment for an extended period of time. It was exactly what I was looking for. Cozy, relaxing, comfortable, easy to walk everywhere. I'll stay again should the need arise. Julia was a wonderful host.

From the clear instructions on how to get to her cozy historic loft, to the sweet little touches that made the place homey and relaxing, our stay was wonderful! We were surprised by some snacks, hot chocolate, tea, and little bottled waters as well as the listed coffee in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was comfy and clean. We were so grateful for our overnight getaway at Barbara’s place!
