Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.

The cottage was built eighty years ago by my beloved grandmother. Since that time, there has been three additions. If you are looking for a home with no flaws, please do not reserve our precious cottage. However, if you desire a place that is clean, quiet, spacious, and full of love, then this is the place. Also, the neighborhood is rich with diversity and inclusion. It is within an hour distance from Austin and San Antonio. Don't forget about the watermelons and barbeque in Luling.

Our 10-stall barn with turnouts and paddocks are available to equine transporters, those looking for a comfortable place to layover with their horses, and anyone that would love the experience of staying at a true working horse facility.
