Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.

Our 10-stall barn with turnouts and paddocks are available to equine transporters, those looking for a comfortable place to layover with their horses, and anyone that would love the experience of staying at a true working horse facility. You are welcome to roam around the 10 acres through the many trails, chill on the screened in porch, watch the deer as they come up to the feeder, make a fire out in the fire ring or go explore the historic small Texas towns that are short drives from the property!
