Beachfront holiday rental in Gonzaga beach

The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist landmarks. However, the bathroom could be better maintained. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and I would recommend the property, especially for the amazing view.

I loved the well organized and clean apartment and close to the beach, we spent wonderful days. We were greeted by the owner of the apartment Maria Conceição with great kindness and sympathy received us. Very good place, condominium well cared for and with various activities to do. Apto is well located, front c to the swimming pool.

My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. I thank you for the reception.

the stay unfortunately had to be short , but very well used , grace the great installation, super comfortable, beautiful , very close to the sea , Sandra was very helpful, removed all my doubts and always showed herself the disposition, as well as the staff of the reception of the building , all very well polite, kind and helpful, as soon as possible we will return , I highly recommend.

Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

We were this weekend at Beto's accommodation, he was a great host, always very fast in service and I request, the apt is the same as the photos, a grace and was super clean. The view is incredible, we love it. The only thing, that unfortunately the beach facing the apto was unfit for bathing, was unfortunate.
