The place was spotless and very well maintained — cleaning was done daily. I slept like a baby thanks to the comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, and the surprising quiet despite being close to the road. At night, all I could hear were the calming ocean waves. Parking is available 24 hours for just R$15. Everyone was very polite, and communication with Arnaldo was fast and attentive. I truly felt at home. The shower was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

This is a very special place. Peculiar place for architecture lovers. This is an Artacho Jurado pearl in front of the most beautiful beach garden on Earth (in the Guinness book as the largest beach front garden one). For me and my daughter it was an experience that we wanted to leave. Worthy of every moment. Highly recommend for its design, large spaces and location. Now, if you are noise sensitive and/or light sensitive on sleeping hours, you might struggle to have a good resting night. The street noise is intense night and day. The two floor to ceiling windows’ facades are only protected by sunscreen shades, with no blackout curtains. We were VERY pleased to spend our days there, and equally pleased to move into a quieter place to sleep the following days :)

A great place for a single person or a couple. I would recommend to anyone doing an extended stay. By far the cleanest Airbnb I have been to in Brazil period. Will definitely return as I visit Santos every 2 months for work.

What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as amazing as the first, if not better. The attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

The apt de Roelf exceeded our expectations. It was super clean and fragrant. All the apt decoration is beautiful and demonstrates the host's care in leaving us at home. in addition to being very well located, the apt is functional and spacious for a couple. Roelf was super receptive and helpful. I loved it and we will definitely be back.

It was wonderful, I spent an amazing Valentine's Day with a comfortable, quiet and harmonious stay, I felt at home. Samira was very proactive and gave the instructions accurately, the experience is very worthwhile. In addition to the place being well organized and clean.

The host made the experience a thousand times better. I loved the stay, the place is clean, fragrant, cozy and super beautiful. Easy access, and many useful places around, such as a market, ice cream shop, bars, and very close to the beach. The only constructive observation I can think of is about kitchen utensils. For those who think about cooking (as I intended) I advise you to take a frying pan, and depending on the baking pan. The house has plenty of plates, glasses, it leaves nothing to be desired in this regard. One mistake I made was buying ice cream, it ended up turning into milk because it didn't fit in the freezer haha, so my advice is to go to the apartment first, and then to the market! Overall, an incredible place, a super accessible and understandable host. I loved the stay!

Best stay in Santos! The apartment is exceptional, combined with a strategic location - you don't need a car for anything, everything is close by. Marcus kept me informed of the operation of the environment and, even when I had doubts, he answered me promptly. I'll be back more often for sure!

Nice and very well-kept location, with a very good location with things to do without having to take the car out of the parking lot. All items described were in accordance with reality and the location information was also clear from arrival to checkout. Tamara also always responded quickly and was available to solve everything we needed with great attention.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy location and easy access to the beach. The host Marcelo was very kind and ready to answer. All the staff of the building very kind and helpful. We will return again and again for sure.

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants too. A single addendum to the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, as they were not blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

Paulo is a former Host, very kind and friendly, made us super our will and we feel at home ! the Apartment is sensational, very clean and organized, each item in its place, the kitchen is super equipped with direct dishwasher, at last... the view from the balcony is magnificent. Highly recommended....
