Cintia and Rogério's apartment is simply spectacular! I felt right at home! Everything was very clean and fragrant. The cleaning was impeccable, great bed and bath linens, bed was too comfortable. Everything was wonderful! They thought of every detail to have a peaceful stay. The condominium staff are kind, the apartment is very quiet which made us have peaceful nights of sleep. The condominium has a gym and pool, organized and clean environments. The apartment is much better than in the photos, the themed decor is very pleasant. Communication with hosts was quick and hassle-free. The building is very well located. Close to the mall, Carrefour, McDonald's and several other restaurants. Rogério and Cintia, thank you very much for the amazing days we had in São Bernardo. Whenever we return to the city, we'll stay at your apartment.

The house is like in the photos, we feel very comfortable during the stay, Mr. Luiz is very kind and polite, made us feel at home! The house is very close to the beach, the neighborhood is further away from establishments but it didn't bother us to enjoy the city

the site is exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and organized, with great location (close to the beach, bars and restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, markets, etc.), in addition to being very beautiful. Marcelo was an excellent host, extremely attentive (to the point of being careful to leave us bottles of water and coffee so that we could consume when we arrived, before we could go to the market) and was always available for contact. Certainly it was a great experience and we will try to repeat. The only “negative” point is the absence of a parking space available and, because it is a busy place, it is difficult to stop on the street nearby and paid parking is nearby, but on rainy days as we catch it on Saturday, it is unfeasible due to flooding. Out of that, all perfect!

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is super affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and drops you off next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking also helps out, as it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very quiet and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the question we had.

Cristina's apartment is very nice and the view fantastic! Everything was very clean and well maintained and we had a wonderful stay, which we could even extend. Cristina was always available for questions and very friendly and helpful. We didn't miss anything and we would stay with Cristina again at any time! Only the registration for check-in (face recognition) was a bit bumpy. It would be nice to receive detailed information in advance. Especially with the disclosure of passport data, you want to inform yourself in advance and not to the last minutes before check-in. However, Cristina was helpful at all times and we were able to have a great time at the property!

Great accommodation! The space was impeccable, comfortable and exactly as described. I felt very well received and enjoyed the stay a lot. Definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Everything was perfect and according to the listing.. we arrived at dawn and were attended to on time by the security team, in the apartment there were chocolates, snacks and beer as a treat for us.. everything was clean and smelled good.. met our expectations

APARTMENT: a delight, it has everything and is tasteful. Close to the beach and very safe. (I'm taking advantage of and copying some of Elias's.) HOST: How do you rate a perfect host? I would say, at this moment, through the word gratitude... Gratitude, for the affection I was received with, for the attention, education, posture... How to rate perfection? Perhaps, asking God to always enlighten you, for we still have wonderful human beings... It's hard to find adjectives to say how WONDERFUL and good Elias is. To evaluate the perfect is to go beyond the Cape Bojador and to be able to dream of better days... I thank God for having had the opportunity to meet him. Maybe one day our dictionaries will have adjectives to describe this indescribable person... May God bless this fantastic human being, who is already part of my family... Thank you sooooo much...

The duplex is perfect. It fit my family, spacious, amazing outdoor area for children. The house is childproof with gates on the stairs and a high chair. Lia is extremely polite and responsive. We will definitely be back more often!

The apartment is wonderful, cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay and everything is very organized. The condominium is not even talked about, incredible view, great location, very good pools and well-kept pools, great play library for children. No act that I have visited this same apartment several times, and I intend to return in the future with certainty. Note 11/10!

I stayed at Maria's apartment during New Year's Eve and had a great stay. The apartment was impeccable, everything working perfectly, extremely clean, and very functional. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils for the comfort of 3 guests. The building staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always present and providing all the necessary support. The location is excellent, the building faces the beach, but there is no noise, which is perfect, especially at this time of year. Besides, right in front of the building are the GCM vehicles, which guarantee extra security on the walks on the beach. Certainly, on my return to Santos, this will be a lodging I will choose to stay at. Not to mention the friendliness of the host Maria, and all her helpfulness. She answered me promptly at all times, and was very helpful and empathetic with a personal issue. Both the apartment and the host deserve 5 stars.

Extremely comfortable space for a couple, equipped with a top refrigerator, super powerful induction stove, microwave, dryer, iron and a set of sheets, blanket and towels sealed in transparent bags for greater hygiene safety. It had basic items like coffee powder, sugar and salt. In addition to the treat with chocolates when we arrived. The accommodation has 2 beach chairs and I thought that was great, very useful. The apartment entrance is done by a password through the electronic lock, which made it very easy and I loved it. The condominium doorman was very polite and helpful, answering all questions about the condominium and very agile in opening the gate when entering and exiting with the vehicle (motorcycle). Nanci is a well of education and completely committed to wanting to help in the best possible way. Since she had no guests the day before, she was super flexible with the check-in time and that saved me completely. I congratulate Nanci and I will definitely return.

Ideal apartment for couples, everything is very clean and organized. Flávia is a sweetheart, she was very friendly and receptive. One suggestion is to install a microwave, it would make things much easier, but otherwise, everything is perfect.

The space is excellent, cozy, and matches the listing. The host is exceptional, she cares about the smallest details. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a great stay. Agile entrance, adequate parking, helpful and polite staff. The building is older but the apartment is completely renovated and fully functional. Excellent quality internet, new shower, good bed, pay TV. Anyway, excellent and I easily recommend it.
