A valley run of the First ski resort ends 200 meters from the apartment. We see a private garage with charging facilities for electric cars as an additional plus.

The ground-floor flat is furnished with high quality equipment (B&O, Cassina, Catellani&Smith, Bulthaup etc.) so you can enjoy music, lecture and movies. For relaxation there is also a bathtub, a Steam-shower and even a small Sauna.

The apartment is a perfect place for relaxing days. It is quietly located and yet well connected, as the bus stop is right outside the front door. The two cozy bedrooms can accommodate up to four people. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The spacious balcony invites you to relax in the fresh air. This apartment is great for winter sports enthusiasts and hikers.

Not suitable for people with walking disabilities (stairs!).

Stylish and quiet Josihaus is located on a South-facing slope in the Swiss village of Martisberg with only 12 inhabitants in the canton of Valais at 1367 m above sea level. The ski region of Aletscharena and the Binn Valley are just around the corner. The Josihaus can be rented from 2 persons up to a maximum of 8 persons (on request, incl. separate studio).

We are renting out a well-furnished apartment in a central location. Wonderful views to the Eiger and the mountains. The apartment is located in a very quiet place, large balcony. Depending on the season and bookings, there is a minimum stay of 2, 3 or 4 nights.
