The Studio - Ballygown, Ulva Ferry, Isle of Mull

The Studio is an independent cedar clad building approached by its own outside stone staircase. It offers spacious, yet cosy self catering accommodation for 2 people in an open plan light and airy living space. The double glazed gable end has french doors onto a south facing timber balcony. The accommodation consists of a large open plan area with 2 sofas, double bed, kitchenette (with electric cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle etc) and a separate shower room. Cala Fearnadh is a new, unique, off-grid cottage in a quiet village, with stunning sea views of Staffa and the Treshnish Isles, and beyond. There is nothing quite like it anywhere on the island! Electric power is 12 volt, generated by a combination of solar and wind energy. Water comes from the tranquil Loch Assapol, which supplies much of the area.
