The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

Under the Oaks, Hahndorf, Adelaide Hills

Under the Oaks is a beautifully converted 1858 church just for couples. Situated in Hahndorf in the stunning Adelaide Hills, just 15 minutes up the freeway, nestled under historic oak trees and within walking distance to the vibrant main street. Amble the historic village and discover the array of shops, wineries, restaurants, galleries and cafes. Luxuriously appointed, it is the perfect space for couples to relax between exploring all the Adelaide Hills and surrounds has to offer.

Barossa 1900 Vineyard Retreat

Barossa 1900 offers luxury vineyard accommodation for 10 people in the Barossa Valley, one hour’s drive from Adelaide. The private two-acre property is home to some of the Barossa’s oldest dry-grown Grenache grapes and is located a short walk to cellar doors, restaurants, breweries and retail shopping in Tanunda. As a sister property to Barossa 1900 Homestead, together these two properties sleep 18 people. We offer generous inclusions and private winemaker tastings by appointment.

‘Para River Cottage’ Built in 1920 overlooking the gum studded cliff face of the North Para River, this quaint and cosy cottage has been elegantly restored for your fulfilment. Embrace the quiet rural feel of native birdsong and scattered sheep across the way, all whilst being within a short stroll of the heart of Tanunda. It’s a great spot to discover the Barossa Valley and a lovely neighbourhood. I have so many great memories here, and I’m convinced that you will too.

Pepper Tree Farm is a peaceful retreat nestled on the border of the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. Enjoy breakfast provisions of local bacon, free-range eggs, homemade bread and fresh juice before exploring wineries, trails, and nearby towns. Families will love meeting the miniature goats, donkey, sheep, chooks and friendly resident dogs. The suite opens to small courtyard garden and is a 15 metre walk to the deck overlooking our vineyard. Take in these unparalleled views while enjoying a glass of Hewitson Wine.
