We are only 7 km from Oberstaufen, in a quiet location and yet central to numerous excursion destinations in Allgäu and Vorarlberg. Numerous hiking opportunities and ski resorts are within 20 minutes drive. Cycle trails, hiking trails and a cross-country trail also lead directly from our square.

Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

The apartment (approx. 27 square meters) offers a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
