Holiday houses in Goldmine

Vista Verde was a delightful place to call home base for our week of exploring the Upstate. We are a food allergy family and found her kitchen to be so easy to cook in. We also were blown away by the generous amenities (hair dryers, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, soap and lotion!) We loved working our dog on the path and enjoyed family swim! Tarah was a responsive host!

Very cozy cabin! Had all the necessary amenities and then some. Perfect location for all the hikes my family and I wanted to do and waterfalls we wanted to see. The BBQ and hot tub are a great addition that we used as well! Instructions were very clear and helpful on how to arrive, however *I highly recommend to arrive during the daytime since it gets very dark and the cabin may be hard to find* Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were grateful to be able to bring our dog too!

Jessica’s place was a wonderful place to get away in the North Georgia mountains! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery around the cabin and large back porch was made for relaxation. We did not get a chance to walk the trail beside the cabin but maybe next trip. The location was close to Cleveland and Helen so sightseeing and shopping was very easy. Bill was very helpful and everything was just as described. We will certainly return to Jessica’s little cozy cabin again.

Beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. However very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Super friendly neighborhood. Being dog friendly helped immensely. Host was super accommodating and friendly.

The stay was pleasant! Was worry at first that we wouldn’t be able to have a late checkout but Leonard, was super friendly & helpful. We were able to get the exact schedule we needed. The place was gorgeous, & super comfortable. My partner & i even mentioned wanting a home like this one. It’s a decor that catches your eye. Definitely staying again!

The PERFECT getaway for two! My hubby and I traveled 4 hours to stay in this beautiful cabin for Valentine's weekend. The space is so welcoming and very well thought out. We can't wait to book another trip.

We enjoyed our stay in Helen. The property was easy to access and close to everything. The home was as depicted in the listing, and Dale checked to see if we needed anything. It was in a private, gated community and very quiet.

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.
