Monthly Rentals in Goldenrod

This was my 4th time staying there to visit family who live in the area. I’d say picking the same place 4 times is the ultimate complement of the condo unit.

We came from South Carolina to visit our son who is a musician that recently graduated from Full Sail. Valerie's place is in the same neighborhood where he stays. The studio was just as pictured and described - cute, cozy, and quiet! It makes me want to convert our garage into an in-law sweet because of how perfectly everything was done!

Maria is very kind and friendly. You can tell how caring she is through all the details provided in the room. She always try to help with something I might need. The area is very peaceful. The room is just perfect, it is so clean, comfortable and enjoyable. It has all the stuff I need and even more than what I expected. The shower is amazing. It has many features. The water pressure is great, and the temperature is just right. I was so surprised. It definitely becomes one of my favorite place to live. I would love to go back anytime, and I highly recommend it!

Very clean, comfortable space. Included a microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge with bowls, plates cups and utensils as well. The bathroom was nice and clean as well. When I first entered the carpet looked freshly vacuumed. There was a lot of closet space as well and the bed was quite comfy. I felt at home. 10/10
