Holiday rentals with beach access in Gökçebel Mahallesi

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

We arrived with 4 friends and now we are sure that we will spend our next holidays here, Sister Büşra was a world sweet and the house was already great, the kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We definitely recommend us to feel at home

We thought it would be more comfortable to rent a house when we had a small baby, and we rented a house for the first time. That's why I did a lot of research, I approached it very meticulously, and we really felt at home with the cleanliness of the house, the furniture in it, and the approach of Ms. Seda and the gentleman working on the site. They were flexible both at our check-in time and at our check-out time, according to the baby's sleeping time. This is incredibly precious for a mother. They always helped us when we needed something. I haven't really taken a vacation outside of a hotel for years, but I think I'll be open to renting a house now. I think I'll even make a plan to come here every year ☺️🙏🏻

Fabulous seaview Kos apartment located between the Old Town and the Marina - a great base if you are holidaying or coming off a sailing charter. The apartment is spacious and the living area generous and comfortable with great views of the Aegean. There is a furnished balcony with beautiful views to the port and the Marina, as well across to Turkey (watching Bodrum light up like a chandelier over aperitivo is an experience). The kitchen is very well set up with crockery, cooking pots and utensils and appliances (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, sandwich toaster etc). There’s also a washing machine, iron & ironing board. There are fabulous restaurants in easy walking distance including the EDI Grill downstairs (they will do takeaway if you want to eat in the apartment), a Supermarket (also downstairs) and a beach club across the road. Vaggelis is also a great host - proactive, responsive, flexible and very helpful. We loved our stay here and hope to

Good value, a little tricky to locate but the host provided good information. Property is more than half an hour drive from Bodrum. Host was great to deal with.

We stayed in Bodrum for 3 days. Absolutely incredible city on water! Great people, our hosts were super easy to work with, great I instructions, go rent a boat directly from the boat owner, enjoy the restaurants! This apt is up a slight hill only 100 feet from the marina, fairly new apt, good shower, laundry, two nice rooms, great toiletries, balcony, private compound. Quiet. There is a dog and cat in the compound, don’t be afraid, he doesn’t bite, he might follow u to make sure you aren’t a bad guy! Bodrum is the best! Think… Newport Beach California is vibes except Turkish….

I stayed at this place for a few nights and had a great experience. The house was clean, tidy, and everything was in order. There were no issues at all. I definitely recommend it to others looking to book a place in Bodrum.

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

We stayed in the house for a base to explore Kos. It is really well equipped house with everything down to the coffee pods and the shampoo. It’s spacious and light and in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s shops locally and you can walk into the town centre easily. A baker, supermarket and restaurant are all located within 5 minutes walk. I would stay here again if we return to Kos in the future

The location of the house is great, the bed and the cleaning of the sheets are very good, we are very satisfied

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay at Alexandros Villa in Kos! simply outstanding in every possible aspect. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we felt completely at home and utterly comfortable. The villa itself is a true gem. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and felt like a genuine home-from-home. Alexandros has clearly thought of everything, as the villa was equipped with every modern convenience imaginable, making our stay effortless and incredibly enjoyable. Beyond the stunning property, Alexandros communication was exceptional. His responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond truly held no bounds. He was a fantastic host, providing invaluable insights and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location of the villa is also perfect. It's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community it's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community, and we were so touched by how readily the locals embraced us.

I loved my stay in Bodrum! The place was a little tricky to find at first as Google maps took me to the wrong location, but Erdem came and found me and guided me to the right spot. It’s very cosy and I loved that it has a washing machine. It’s easy to walk into the center, about 10 min walk. I would definitely stay again.

We LOVED our stay with Anne Marie. The home was beautiful, clean, roomy, and comfortable. And Anne Marie was a great host from start to finish. Our little family of 4 (kids 12 & 14) only used 3 bedrooms and couldn't use the lovely pool as it was too cold, but the sea was very nice for a kayak. Not very close to grocery stores. Gorgeous sunsets every night from various areas around the property.

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

Great place in a great location with a great host! The place is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. The location is very central, nearby to anything you'd like in Kos. And Antonis was very responsive: besides providing us with a very helpful local list of recommendations, he always replied within a short amount of time (minutes to a couple of hours), with a friendly and informative reply. Highly recommend!

The apartment is wonderful! Clean and equipped with every comfort. Jenny is available and offers very useful tips for visiting the island. It was like being at home! SUPER recommended!

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

We had a wonderful time in Kos! Dimitra was an incredibly helpful and kind host from beginning to end. The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

What a wonderful apartment and so nicely decorated! The apartment is just outside the city center, so it is quiet, but you are close to the supermarket (3-minute walk), restaurants (1-minute walk) and the beach (2-minute walk). Our host had some basic groceries ready for us, which was very nice because of our late arrival. The apartment has screens everywhere, so no insects in the house. In addition to a washing machine and drying rack, there is also a dishwasher and air conditioning (which can be operated per room). The beds are nice and in the afternoon you can sit in the shade in front of the house. Ioannis is a very good host, who responds quickly and comes to the rescue if necessary. If you go to Kos, choose this apartment!

Very nice host, central location, clean comfortable apartment.

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!
