good place to stay but listing discription of the listing should be improved a lot ...it's creating few confusions while booking

This is literally a place that is shileded by coconut trees between you and the beach. You will hear the waves the entire night and it's a beautiful sound. In terms of the residence, it's rustic and a place to shower and sleep and if that's what you're looking for and intend to spend time seeing the place, I definitely recommend. Sindhura was amazingly helpful and supportive - please ask for help with directions to the place 😉

Host Sindhura is very responsive, always available to cater to your needs, However, the location is not ideal if you’re not keen on walking . We had to walk a couple of kms to the stay as it’s not directly accessible via road.

recently spent thenight at ombodhi and it was absolute bliss ,The beachfront location was stunning ,The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a private balcony , The resort's amenities were top-notch, delicious restaurant with fresh seafood options. I enjoyed simply relaxing on the private beach, feeling grateful for this little slice of paradise.

Vinod was a good and friendly host. The room and washroom were clean and hygienic. Great view of the sea from the room balcony. Good place to stay if you are booking as a group.

The place is amazing because of its location near the river and sunset makes this place more beautiful. We spent whole evening watching the sunset, you can also book a boat ride to near by beaches which will make the experience more better. It is a small and a cozy place which has 3 cottages so if you want to have privacy with not many visitors for your big family or groups you should check out this place The outdoor setup is so luxurious and vibrant that outdoor chilling with your friends becomes more fun! Overall a good stay!

Overall really enjoyed our stay here - the view and the place is lovely. The host and caretaker are very responsive and helpful. You’ll need to rent a scooter or something, it’s far away from the action. Shared kitchen that they keep stocked with more than the basics. Only issue, a lot of men like to hang out around the area all day playing cards and what not. At night they sometimes get loud and rowdy and you’ll hear it in the room. Bring earplugs. And don’t keep your helmet on the scooter outside, ours got stolen Overall - would stay again

The place was beautiful, with pool and it was completely private with parking. It was same as described in the photos. All the kitchen appliances were available , you can cook or order anything everything is available there. The property is very neat and clean including pool , garden. It looks beautiful in the evening with all the Bungalow lights on. Also the owner is easily reachable for all the help required and is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a family or a couple, no need to search for any other places.

had a wonderful stay at Rajat Airbnb property and felt like a home, Rajat and his family members are friendly and we had also had home made food which is yummy and tasty. Rajat also arranged a alternate parking for us. They are very good hosts and they took care of us very us as family members and I would definitely recommend this and I wish I will do visit next time whenever I visit Murudeshwar.

This was the most amazing place that I have ever booked & stayed through Abnb, and I've been using Abnb for quite a while. As soon as we entered, we felt right at home. Everything was just as described, furnitures & cooking utensils squeaky clean, bedrooms done perfect. We stayed for a week, and just loved the place. My mom & son didn't want to leave. The place is minutes away from some of the lovely beaches in South goa like Palolem, Patnem, Talpona etc. It is very well maintained by the caretaker Diljit, who is super helpful and humble. DJ helped us with a seamless checkin, was always there when we needed him however also knew to give us our family space to settle in & have a true homely experience.Our pet lhasa, coco loved him & waited for him to come and take him for a walk. The place is done up elegantly, Vishal has a great taste for interiors which perfectly matched our expectations. Don't think twice to book it, you won't regret for sure. We can't wait to come back.Thanks.

To start with, this house is the perfect getaway for a relaxing yet energizing stay in South Goa. It's located in a prime spot, with beautiful beaches just a short ride away, Palolem is only 4 km (around 11 minutes), Patnem just 1.8 km (about 6 minutes), Agonda Beach 11 km (roughly 22 minutes), and Cabo de Rama is about 25 km away. Shefali has thoughtfully put together a detailed pdf with everything you need to know about the places to visit, eat, and fun activities to try. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Katja the manager was the heart of the place. She was incredibly warm and kind, always there to help whenever I needed anything. The house itself is beautifully built and decorated, it truly felt like a home away from home. The vibe of the place is something special, I’m still missing it! And Nafisa, another gem in the property made delicious breakfasts every morning, and her lovely smile made my day. Kind people, a fantastic location, and a stunning property!!

It was a good stay for us with the two BHK rooms. Priya was responsive enough and the caretakers felt very assuring as well. Location of the property is great, only 5 mins walk to the beach. The balcony of the master bedroom felt very relaxing space to sit in the afternoon.

The best homestay yet in South Goa! Extremely clean place with all facilities you can ask for. The property is on the edge of talapona river and the views are to die for. Imagine waking up and seeing the river with hills in the background right from the bed! I couldn’t have expected anything like this. Disclaimer - You’ll love the place only if you prefer peace and nature. Dharman is an amazing host, extremely helpful and will ensure that you have everything in place for the stay. He even picked us up from the bus stop to his property. I’m already planning for a work from his place 🤞

I had an amazing stay at this charming place right on Agonda Beach! The location couldn't have been better – just steps away from the beach with stunning views. Our young family could not have been happier in the house. A phenomenal spot; a short walk to Patnem beach, and the local shops and restaurants. An extremely peaceful place, we used the beach for swimming, eating etc and would have downtime in the house. Ideal! Nivo very very helpful, going over and above what was required and our expectations. Happy Goa times!
