The farm is located directly on the Cunnersdorfer stream and offers, in addition to the two apartments, peace, relaxation and pure nature in the Saxon Switzerland National Park. cozy time out in the Zaukennest

Our cozy apartment "Zaukennest" is located in our half-timbered house with separate entrance. The house is located in the 2nd row on the hillside directly on the forest and is only accessible by steps. The Zaukennest is designed for 2 people, simple extra bedding exceptionally possible. A laundry package (sheets/towels) can be added for a flat 25 EUR (get it yourself). The private parking lot is about 250 m away. Downtown and ferry dock: 5-10 min Train station by ferry: 20 min.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The apartment is nicely spacious and airy. Thanks to the many windows, it is not only flooded with light and friendly when the sun shines, but also cosy through the wood stove. The one bedroom is slightly larger and - matching the Elbe sandstone mountains – has a great flair thanks to an exposed old sandstone wall. The other is wonderfully bright. In both bedrooms there are reading lamps. The dove blue and white tiled bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and shower.
