My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

My family, my wife and 7 month baby, enjoyed our time at the home. The team is very responsive to our needs from baby cot to a high chair and also a day when ants invade due to us not throwing out the trash in time, the situation was properly and swiftly dealt with. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the Main Street and we enjoy the quiet time after a day out at the property. Overall it was great, thank you for the hospitality :)

Great accomodation. the area is kind of local, so lots of places to eat and cafes and really quiet during the night. the host has been very helpfull, always ready to reply and helped me in everything i needed. very recomended!

Of all places in Saigon, this one is a must. Located on a quiet street but walking distance from the action, this house was what we needed. This unit is located on the Ground Floor of the house, past the piano and behind a curtain. We didn't know that 1st floor in Vietnam meant Ground Floor so that led to confusion trying to find the unit and we ended up in another room at first. The family lives upstairs and gave us privacy. Of course when sharing the house with a family with kids some noise occur - but nothing out of the ordinary and we would happily stay there again. Thank you!

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

Everything about it was excellent Very good communication, great location, clean apartment, direct access to the landmark 81 shopping center. We were given extra time for the checkout.

Small peaceful harbor in the center of HCM. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. In a fairly lively neighborhood (lots of restaurants one street further away and a small super market right across the street) but the fact that it is located in an alley makes it quiet. The host is super responsive, always ready to help and very friendly when I met him. 10 minutes by motorbike from the city center. Big plus: the washing machine and dryer, super convenient! I highly recommend this place where I felt at home.

I had a short but pleasant stay here which is conveniently located nearby the airport for my domestic trip in VN. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a hospitable and friendly host who helped me check in with ease. The room and services available was as described in the listing and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place not too far from the airport and city.

Chinh and her team (Jack) were awesome. They were so responsive. Their condo was nicer than the pictures. I would wholeheartedly recommend!!!

In the midst of the bustling city, there is a high quality of life. This time, I chose to stay in the direction facing the community, where I can see the community, the community swimming pool, and the river in the distance, which is very comfortable ~

Anh's place was perfect for our stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Located in the heart of District 1, everything that we wanted to do, from sightseeing to shopping to eating good food, were within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and aesthetically done with all amenities. Beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning was a bliss every time we came back home from long walks. Thanks to Anh's apartment, we had a great time in Ho Chi Minh City. I would love to come back and stay here and I highly recommend everyone planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh City to stay at Anh's place.

Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

Despite being in the centre, the room was shrouded in silence.I used it for transit in Ho Chi Minh City, but I also used poc poc's beer garden at night, Vina milk and a nearby cafe in the morning, and I was able to sightsee at the War Museum.I was able to buy a souvenir at a nearby coop.It takes less than 30 minutes by taxi to the airport.I'd love to stay here again.

I mean, 5* with an appropriate price. For long term or short one, this place is the best. Excellent location, right at the main crossroad, but it is quiet, the cleanliness of the place is 10/10, and the bed is a really good one. Also, it feels safe, doesn't have guard but really it doesn't need one. All in all, this should be your first choice if you ever considered it. :)

I've been to Thao's places multiples times and this time was as great as before. Thao and her family are the best hosts ever. The apartment is spacious, cozy, super clean, has a great kitchen and comfy bed, nice shower and the neighborhood is super quiet (during the night and also during the day), but close to many restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect place to stay in Thao Dien. I hope I can stay again here in the future. Totally recommended.
