Wortshaus: Illustration & apartment with sauna

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, switch off, relax and unwind. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
