Distances: 6 km to Bad Kleinkirchheim, 12 km to the Heidi Alm, 15 km to the Turracher Höhe. Direct connection to hiking trails! Important: Self-catering cabin - You must bring bedsheets, blanket and cushion covers, and towels!! There will be no final cleaning fee, so please leave the place clean and swept!

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The apartment itself (about 100 square meters) is furnished in a "country house" style and scores with coolness in summer and warmth in winter.
