The distance from the beach is about 100 meters, 2-3 minutes on foot. The area is peaceful, quiet, with farms and holiday homes. The house is equipped with all necessary appliances and devices, an electric stove with an oven, a fridge, a full set of dishes and pots, cutlery, and a washing machine.
