In the living room there is a folding corner sofa and a wood-burning stove. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, bathroom. The entire house is heated and air-conditioned, which allows for year-round relaxation. Guests have 2 SUP boards and 4 bicycles at their disposal. In the garden, there is a JACUZZI (available in the period of temperatures (+++) The property is fenced with a garage and parking on the property.

Dyszno Las is a charming railwayman's house on a dismantled railway line located in the heart of the forest, 2 km from the lake. The brick house, surrounded on all sides by forest, is located on a half-hectare, spacious plot. The house is rented exclusively. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs - an open space with two beds and a place to relax or play, and a bedroom. Dyszno Las is located in a remote area, and you can get to the nearest village - Dyszna - by a paved road.

The cottage is located 150 meters from Lake Lubiąż, is 100 meters long and consists of a ground floor, where there is a hall, a living room with a dining room, and a bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom. We have attractions for both children (playground) and adults - SUP boards and a jacuzzi open all year round!

Outside there is a large garden, a playground with a sensory garden and a place for a bonfire with a beautiful view of the sunset. Bicycle routes are available in the area.

Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

House 9 on the river, Wartamündung National Park

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It stands on a large farm on which we also live. This unique place has a style all its own. The house is an open gallery house. There are no closed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the sun's rays from spring to fall and is often used.

Cottages by the pond near the forest - exclusive property

A large property with a wooden and brick cottage with a unique atmosphere, located near a forest. There is a pond with a dock directly next to the house. There is a boat and free wood for the fireplace and fire pit. There is a swimming pool with saunas 10 km away, and one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe, Modry Las, is 12 km from the house. One cottage (wooden or brick) can be rented.

Lake House Moryn, time out by the lake

Lake House Moryn is located in an attractive vacation rental settlement on Lake Morzycko. The famous Europa Cycling Route leads right past the house and invites you to take beautiful bike tours. The nature reserve and a beach are only about a 7-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is on the other side of the lake and can be reached in 15 minutes by bike.
