We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

The cottage by the pond in Poznań is half of a semi-detached house, an ideal place for intimate family or social gatherings (with the proviso that there is a quiet period from 11 pm to 7 am). The house has a separate entrance, its own gate and driveway gate - full privacy with a view of the pond and forests. The property has 2 large rooms, one on the ground floor with a terrace and a barbecue, and the other on the first floor. The PKP Poznań-Antoninek stop, buses and grocery stores are 700 m away. The house has two kitchenettes and, importantly, 2 bathrooms.

The farm is located on the outskirts of the Warta Landscape Park (the land of waterfowl) and the Pyzdrska Forest (the land of "iron houses"). It has existed since the Middle Ages and its name: "Wójtostwo" is historical. Until 1904, it belonged to General H. Dąbrowski. The guest house is located in the outbuilding at the manor house from the turn of the 18th/19th century. The hosts provide full information about the area. Meals are available. Free parking. We accept pets for a fee of 50 PLN per night/pet.
