Holiday rentals with a patio in Glyfada

Loved this place and the experience of Athens Riviera. Great location - five minutes from the beach. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Apartment is spotless and beautifully furnished. Claude was kind, responsive, helpful and great. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Had a great stay here! The interior was just as beautiful as the photos stylish, clean, and well-kept. Check-in was super easy, and the host was communicative throughout. I was in town for a wedding just at hotel nearby, the location was perfect for what I was looking for—tucked in a quiet area but still only a few minutes taxi from everywhere I needed to be. Would stay again!

Dragon was an amazing host, he helped answer any and all questions that we had. The space was perfect for us and the garden was beautiful, not to mention the amazing beach right down the street. Located in a very convenient place and easy to access public transportation. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Le logement n'était pas très grand, tout du moins par rapports aux photos sur le site, mais très bien pour la semaine. Extrêmement bien placé, à proximité de tout sans aucune nuisance sonore. Un peu sombre étant au rez-de-chaussée, mais par contre les pièces étaient très bien éclairées avec du très bon matériel (pas la petite led a 3 €, limite de l'éclairage pour showroom). Cuisine très bien équipée, bizarrement mieux sur le petit et gros électroménager que sur les ustensiles de cuisine comme les couteaux, économe (ou il faudrait faire un effort 😉). Salle de bain ultra-fonctionnelle et très belle, il faudrait juste que les propriétaires ajoute un petit chauffage d'appoint uniquement pour ne pas avoir froid en sortant de la douche et pour éviter d'allumer la climatisation du salon pour chauffer un peu la salle de bain. Petit jardin extérieur super. Fenêtre et baie avec moustiquaire appréciées très agréable surtout pour l'été. Porte d'entrée ultra-sécurisée et double vitrage au top.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place, great location. Gerry was an excellent host - drove through a thunderstorm to bring us a back up key when we got locked out, which is all you need to know. Highly highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped, clean, and perfectly located—just a few steps from the beach. Vasileios and his family are incredibly kind and welcoming. When you're traveling with kids, it's so important to feel supported, and we truly felt that here. It’s comforting to know someone is nearby and willing to help if needed. Highly recommend this place for families—we’d love to come back!

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Panayotis et sa famille sont très accueillant. Nous avons adoré le tour d'Athène. L'appartement est parfait pour les enfants. Très facile de communiquer. Nous vous recommandons fortement de faire un tour de ville avec Panayotis, surtout si vous êtes de passage et vous voulez maximiser votre temps à Athènes. Panayotis nous a également facilité avec le transport à notre arrivée et notre départ. Vous devez essayez la petite taverne près de la mer a proximité de l'épicerie. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité 😃

Absolutně skvělé ubytování které by stálo i za vyšší cenu, úžasný bazén, nádherné venkovní sezení s grilem a venkovní kuchyní, vše moderní útulné a čisté s dokonalým soukromým. Dostatek restaurací v dochozí vzdálenosti, bez problému možnost nakoupit si vše v blízkých krámech.

I can’t say enough about this spectacular apartment, its view, and location! Absolutely breathtaking! It’s right in the heart of everything you’d want to see about Ancient Greece in Athens! Short walking distance to the Acropolis and so much more. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Si estás por reservar, no lo dudes más, reserva y quedate en este apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, la vista de ensueño, lastima que vas a querer quedarte mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no vas a querer salir a pasear por las calles de Atenas. Sin duda no exagero la vista de día es hermosa, pero de noche vas a sorprender. Si estás por tomar la decisión no dudes más y reserva con John. Sino lo haces te vas arrepentir, haceme caso, reserva ya y disfruta de una vista única.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

apartment was clean and well maintained. Yannis went out of his way to set us up with transportation from the airport to his apartment. and then again from the apartment to the port for our cruise. Very helpful. would definitely stay here again. lots of stuff to see locally.

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.
