It is an apartment of 40sm with a unique view to sea and mountain,which makes it panoramic to the sight! It's only a mile from a clean and sandy beach. Also in that mile alone there's coffee,mini markets and bakery! Recently renovated 2 bedrooms apartment in a quite neighborhood ,although very close to the city centre , 15 minutes walk to metro station (3 stops to Syntagma square , city centre) or 30 minutes walk to the city centre. Lycabettus hill (best view of Athens from the top) is at a 10 minutes walk and the colourful vibrant neighborhood of Exarchia and National Museum at 15 minutes. There is also a bus stop exactly at the entrance of the apartment building which takes you there.
