Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gloucester County

The place was clean, lovely, and quiet. A 45 min drive to Williamsburg. Lots of natural light. My kids loved the porch-like sunroom (like a screened-in porch but with walls) in the back of the house with the rainbow filtered windows that created little rainbow coloring on the floor when the sunlight shone through. The beds are tall, so we put the dining room chairs around the side of the bed our 3 yr old slept in as a makeshift railing for safety. If you usually sleep with blackout curtains, I recommend bringing a sleepmask as the sunlight pours in in the mornings. The snack basket, card, and coffee were great touches! We also played some of the games there. Would definitely recommend a stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Deltaville Blue Cottage. The house perfectly showcased the views, fresh breezes, and natural beauty of the area. We were continually saying " the hosts thought of everything!" If you are looking to comfortably relax with friends and family (young and old) this is the place for you! A fantastic place, cosy and peaceful. Everything is as advertised: cute rooms, immediate access to the river where the boys spent lots of time kayaking, awesome options outside for bbq, drinks, reading a book, chatting under de shade or in the sun. Overall a great retreat, quiet and beautiful all around. And what s more, our host did everything right and was super helpful. Will definitely go back!

Cannot wait to visit again!! The area was so beautiful, as was the house. There were so many fun things to do in the area. The private beach was perfect and peaceful! Was very sad to leave but excited to come back!

I stayed at Meg's beautiful home with my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend in Deltaville, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and well-organized, which made it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay during such a special time. Meg was so kind and responsive, providing helpful local recommendations and detailed instructions for the house. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and her hospitality made my wedding weekend even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Meg!

Chip & Courtney are great host that had no trouble communicating with my group & I. They too had a binder/folder with simple and easy house rules along with things to do around the area. The home itself was very spacious, clean and beautiful. We felt right at home. Thanks so much for having us once again 😌

When we had some communication issues related to AirBnB, William called me directly and patiently helped me work out concerns with the company. He was proactive, considerate, & helpful. I could not have asked for better! Hope we can get down to Serenity Farm as a family in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Cynthia (the host) made communication very easy and all aspects were as advertised. The staff at Wyndham were very friendly and check in was a snap. As for the rooms; clean, and quaint with nice kitchen accommodations. Overall excellent stay, would not hesitate to come back.

Super amazing host! they even called the day of check in and check out! They went above and beyond to accommodate me. place was clean and spacious! probably one of the larger resorts we have stayed at. The spare sun room is truly lime a third bedroom. There are multiple pools and the indoor cotton is amazing! Great fitness center and walking distant to amusement parks! Perfect find!

I've stayed here a couple times now. Elizabeth is a great host, and I've really liked Patriot's Place as a base while working in the area. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating family birthdays! The house was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We especially enjoyed the porches overlooking the spectacular views!

We were a group of three couples who wanted our own bedroom and private bathroom to retreat to after enjoying busy days and evenings around Colonial Williamsburg. We really enjoyed the location of Kingsmill and all of the spacious condo amenities!

Everything was excellent except check in. The email we received from Air Bnb said check in was 3pm but it was actually 4pm so we had to wait an hour and lost time at Busch Gardens. The actual house we stayed in was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Would book again. Highly recommend

We had guests coming into town and needed a place for them last minute. Zoe's place was perfect- plenty of space for 6 adults. Good location, easy to get to. Worked out great and our guests raved!

Tara is a very responsive host. As a Marriott facility, there are staff members on hand to assist with your needs and access to other amenities. The vacation rental itself is spacious and clean. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to drive to anywhere you need to go - dining, entertainment, or shops.

The property was beautiful. It was a timeshare property so lots of things to do. We took advantage of a presentation for discount tickets to the water park. Check in was a little difficult as my name was not in the list because I’m not the owner so there was some confusion there. Otherwise Margaret was very responsive and helpful in the situation. Overall great stay and great trip!
