Outside your door are parks, art, culture, shopping, pubs, bars, restaurants. Also close to hospitals, universities, sporting and entertainment venues. Our studio is good for couples, solo and business travellers. Entry to our studio is via our garage located on a quiet, well-lit laneway; we offer a visitors parking permit.

Architecturally designed studio with immediate access to train, tram and bike paths. Close to Melbourne Airport. Studio offers the latest in Italian designed kitchen and bathroom features, TV, B & O speakers and comfortable queen sized bed. The studio is located over the garage at the rear of the property. It has its own private entry with a protective garden vine around the balcony, allowing for privacy from the main house. There are no window coverings on the windows. Its an open plan studio

It’s time to bliss out! This is an excellently-designed one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a sustainable building with a train station at your doorstep - right in the heart of Brunswick. Entry is private via the back gate. Backyard is a delightful setting for shared use. Extremely close to train, tram, and buses and the best parkland in Melbourne. Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.
