Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

Welcome to Lynwood Garden, a stunning Studio located in the hills of Oban. We are just 7 minutes walk from the town centre and 5 minutes from the famous McCaigs Tower. You will have your own outdoor seating area overlooking our peaceful, mature garden. Perfect on a summers day, your morning coffee listening to the birds sing. Soroba Farm Bothy, small cottage, sleeps two.

Surrounded by green fields but just over one mile from Oban town center Soroba Farm Bothy* has everything you need for a relaxing stay. While retaining orginal features the converted Bothy has comfortable seating, a log burner and kitchenette. There is ladder access to a luxurious king sized bed, private bathroom, use of fridge and microwave, outside seating and off road parking. This renovated one bedroom flat is situated in a historic building in the centre of Oban. It is located on the first floor with views to front and rear through large windows. It is ideal for visitors who want the convenience of staying in the town, with all facilities, shops and transport links within a couple of minutes walk. It is in a quiet area but close to restaurants, pubs and the harbour. The bathroom has a bath and shower. See parking information in "Other details to note" below.

Cosy cabin for two on our Highland Croft

Modern new luxury cabin nestled on our working croft shared with our Hebridean Sheep. Situated in a peaceful glen twenty minutes walk to the local coastal village Connel and ten mins drive to the town of Oban we offer a gateway to the outdoors - mountains, beaches, forests, islands. The cabin has been built to immerse our guests into the tranquil surroundings with uninterrupted countryside views over native woodland from the decking area where deer and sea eagles are regular visitors.

Shepherd's Hut near Oban

Get away from it all in our shepherd's hut located just outside the village of Connel and only a ten minute drive from the bustling seaside town of Oban. The accommodation is located on our family croft (we live on site near to the shepherds hut) with ducks, hens, Hebridean sheep and our two ponies as your closest neighbours. We are surrounded by abundant wildlife such as pine martens and red deer and have outstanding views over unspoiled countryside towards the slopes of Ben Cruachan.

Tom’s House - peace, quiet and wildlife - in Oban!

Tom’s House is set in a large leafy garden, a 6 minute walk to Oban town centre. Private and peaceful in the garden of Terok Nor. Red squirrels, woodpeckers and roe deer - with fawn at foot are regular visitors at present. Parking on site is spacious. There is so much to do in the Oban area, ferries, castles, whales, dolphins, puffins, walking, beaches, watching .....great food - exceptional sea food and the oldest distillery in Scotland, wonderful whisky - what more can you ask?

Located close to the distillery this cosy flat sleeps 2 guests and is a short walk from the seafront, train station, bus stops and ferry pier. The bedroom has twin singles or these can be set up for you as a super-king size bed. There is a TV in the bedroom in addition to the lounge. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker. Utility room with washer/ dryer. Well appointed bathroom.

Due to its location there are no pavements or street lighting, and peace is all around you. Most of our guests arrive late, so we supply you with Fresh Bread, Jam, Marmalade. butter and milk and biscuits so you can freshen up before venturing out and about On the house.
