We actually decided to stay here because of the amazing pictures and all the feedback about how wonderful Debra was!!! And it was all true and even better than advertised!!! We had an amazing time and Debra and her husband were super friendly and helpful!!! We will definitely stay here again if our trip adventures lead us to the area again!!!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Beautiful home and the view was amazing!! The grandkids loved the pool and arcade games! We had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer. Tiffany was an outstanding host!

Must pick location for families with kids and outdoor entertaining! The space is well thought out for family gatherings. Host has done a fantastic job putting this home together. The outdoor space is unmatched! You will not find a better patio and outdoor entertaining space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessary shopping. Host is super responsive and very friendly. House instructions were very clear. Everything was well labeled and easy to use. Great kitchen and indoor space. Highly recommend this home. Heated pool. Great! Hot tub. Awesome! Trampoline, play house. Kids loved it. Back deck was amazing. TV, propane heaters, mood lighting, outdoor stereo, ceiling fan. Bathrooms and showers were really nice. Plenty of hot water. Appliances were great. Luggage racks were a bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Rent this place!

We spent 9 days at Jalina's home over Christmas and then our son's wedding. We had 14 guests stay (including adults & young children) and did not feel cramped with the spaciousness of the home. The tri-level home also provided a nice setup for some to work remotely, others to have quiet time, the kids to play in a kid-friendly environment, & the whole group to gather together frequently. Bathrooms & beds were adequate for this number of people, and plenty of towels, blankets and linens were readily available. The indoor toys & outdoor playsets were a great blessing too! The park was much closer than I expected (almost across the street!) and provided additional running room for the little ones. Nearby to a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as other Colorado Springs attractions (like Pikes Peak & Garden of the Gods). Neighborhood was quiet! Jalina was always very quick and responsive to messages. Overall, a fabulous home that I would highly recommend! A very homey stay!

We truly loved our stay at the farm house. It was cozy and everything was close by and easy to get too. They also had a book full of recommendations that was very helpful. It was the perfect place for my family and I! Just the three of us great space and the kitchen was lovely. We love to cook and we spent most of our time in the kitchen and the living room. With occasionally using the hot tub! Definitely a must stay in Colorado! Pikes peak was definitely the best park of them all! But garden of the gods and seven falls was amazing as well!

House had beautiful views all around the house. We woke up with several mule deer hanging out in the backyard. Loved to be able to watch them. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. The kitchen was stocked with any cooking items you may need. Beds were comfortable. Close to attractions.

This place was so beautiful and spotless, it looks even better than the pictures. We loved that there were a ton of amazing restaurants and things to do in the areas as well. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The house was so cute and comfy for our family of three. There were so many special details throughout the house that made us feel welcomed and at home. The amenities were fantastic and the snacks and beers were a step above! Jacquie was an AWESOME host and was super responsive and had great suggestions for local places. If we find ourselves in COS again, we’ll definitely try to book the cottage again!!

Shelly’s place was absolutely wonderful! It was a beautiful and secluded location in the mountains. But it was also easy to find and close enough to town. We enjoyed the privacy, how well thought out the house was designed, and all the wonderful amenities of the house. Shelly was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home. It was wonderful to come home to a cozy backyard and hot tub after a day of touring.

What an incredible experience. Tim and Laura's home was spacious,clean,and beautifully decorated. Timothy was very welcoming,and seemed to anticipate our every need.The perfect host,communicating from beginning to end. It was wonderful arriving to a homemade Italian pasta dinner,and fully stocked kitchen.I could go on about all the extra attention to details,but I'll end with the breathtaking view!!! Comfortable home to stay for a while family while in Colorado Springs. Very accommodating host. Highly recommended.

Owen and Mary were great hosts. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a quick trip. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with items needed. While it didn't bother us, you can hear some from upstairs. If you're sensitive to noise I would take that into consideration. Overall great stay and would recommend for a quick trip. Good restaurants close by.

Shelly’s place was awesome! The location was amazing - scenic views all around and super private and peaceful property! As a Colorado Springs resident this was the perfect getaway still close enough to town but far enough out that it felt like a getaway! We will definitely stay here again!

We came to Colorado to visit family and are also looking at moving down to the springs and we LOVED this location. The house was exactly as listed, super clean, and the hosts were great with communicating quickly. If we visit again soon, we will definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at Blue Mountain Manor for USAFA’s graduation week. This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood that is two minutes away from shopping and dining and 4 minutes to the North gate at USAFA. Chad has done a beautiful job creating an inviting and comfortable place to stay with your family. The bed linens and bath linens were high-quality and abundant. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, as well as multiple coffee makers, including Kpods and creamers. Kudos to the interior decorator - beautiful colors and exquisite taste. Overall, Chad has obviously put a lot of thought into travelers’ needs. I highly recommend Blue Mountain Manor for your next short-term stay in Colorado Springs!
