Finished to a high standard and with the glorious Ballyheigue beach at your doorstop and the quaint Ballyheigue village right next to you the property makes a perfect summer vacation spot or as a base to explore all the wonders of Kerry and the rest of the West of Ireland.

The Cliff Lodge is a private, beautiful, bright and spacious three bedroom house with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Brandon Mountains. Located within walking distance to Ballyheigue village and its blue flag beach. To the front of the house, there is a private pathway to the ocean and the rock pools - the perfect place to kick back with a cup of coffee or glass of wine! The house has a fully enclosed private garden (safe for children and furry friends).

A spacious and tranquil home from home.

Relax in the Kerry countryside in a home from home setting. There are three large double bedrooms, x1ensuite. There is plenty of space around the house with a large garden and garden furniture if you wish to eat outside. The sun room is our favourite spot in the house to read or just watch the fabulous sun sets as the house is west facing. The kitchen and utility room have mod cons. There is an office/play room stocked with books, games, jigsaws and a desk.
