There are so many activities to enjoy during your stay. These include walking, climbing, munro bagging, biking and taking in some of the stunning wildlife. Dogs welcome.

The Bothy is an authentic, traditional Highland dwelling, carefully restored to preserve its original features and character while providing essential facilities, warmth and comfort. A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

Small cozy self contained annex in a converted Steading circa 1720, minutes from Killin centre. King bed, bathroom with rain shower. Basic Galley kitchen, mini fridge, hot plates, microwave /oven/grill , kettle, toaster. Connecting these rooms is a small area for sitting/dining. It is not a room on its own but comfortable. Smart TV in bedroom. Private garden area with seating and BBQ. Happy to offer a drawer in our chest freezer in garage if needed. Hoover on request. Superfast Broadband

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting. Glen Lyon, Ben Lawers, Schiehallion, Aberfeldy, Drummond Hill and Loch Tay are just a stones throw away. Well-behaved dogs welcome (please note that we do not allow cats). Central heating and wood burning stove. Original range in kitchen, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, both with an extra single bed. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge. There's no dishwasher, freezer, or washing machine. Let us know if you want anything washed or frozen.
