A charming six bedroom house ideal for hosting families & golfing parties. This listing is first and foremost a family home, with all the charm and quirks that go with this type of property. It has generous reception space (the house has been described as swallowing you up) including a grand drawing room with antique furniture & a large open fire, a huge dining kitchen with views over the Forth & a cosy TV room with a large sofa ideal for curling up and watching films. The main bedroom has a king size luxury bed with a special mattress ( gel , body tempera regulating memory) bed and the second bedroom has one single bed and a smaller (183CM) bed (recommended for children only) There is one free parking space at the front door.

Peaceful and homey self-contained accommodation - a separated annexe to our home. It is on the outskirts of Dunbar but within walking distance (~25 mins). Tucked behind new housing but your back garden is private. We are close to beautiful beaches and golf courses. Fresh milk, butter, cereals, coffee and something to toast are provided. Ideal for exploring the Lothians /Northumbria, or to just chill. Farm track road so please note the lower end of the road is prone to potholes in sections.

The Puffin Burrow, North Berwick Beachside

The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

All the shops,bars and restaurants are seconds away. The train station and the North Berwick West Links Golf Club are both a 5 minute walk away and you can be on the beach in less than a minute!. If you want a trip to Edinburgh it's about a 45 minute drive or you can drive to the local station - about 8 minutes away and take the train which is 25 minutes. Parking at the station is free.
