Lochs Achray and Venachar are within walking distance, spectacular Loch Katrine is just 10 minutes away by car while historic Stirling is within easy reach. Upstairs are two bright, ensuite bedrooms (one standard UK double, one king or twin). Downstairs is an open-plan living space, well-equipped kitchen and wet room.

Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Greenshadows - a detached 16th-century two story Scottish cottage fronting River Leny with views of Ben Ledi in the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. The house has a rich history. Locally called ‘The Pink House’, it was a safe haven during the Jacobite uprising. The author of ‘The Junglebook’ is thought to have resided at Greenshadows for a short period. Of note is William Turner’s painting of Ben Ledi from Kilmahog Bridge (on display at the Tate Gallery) just a few hundred metres away.
